【BEAM Plus】「綠建環評應用於香港以外地區備忘錄」簽署儀式暨綠建環評既有建築（全球版）1.0 版啟動

- 由建築環保評估協會和香港綠色建築議會合辦的「綠建環評應用於香港以外地區備忘錄」簽署儀式已於 2024 年 5 月 27 日圓滿舉行，並宣布推出「綠建環評既有建築（全球版）1.0 版」，將服務範圍拓展至內地、一帶一路及歐洲等地區，與全球同業積極推動綠色建築發展。
活動邀得香港特別行政區政府發展局局長甯漢豪女士, JP 擔任主禮嘉賓，並與中聯辦教育科技部副部長葉水球先生、香港特別行政區政府商務及經濟發展局 「一帶一路」專員何力治先生、香港特別行政區政府機電工程署署長潘國英先生, JP、香港綠色建築議會主席張天祥博士, SBS，及建築環保評估協會第一副主席蘇鴻輝測量師一同主持儀式，超過 60 位業界領袖共同見證綠建環評為全球可持續建築環境作出貢獻。

Co-organised by BEAM Society Limited (BSL) and the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC), the MoU Signing Ceremony for Applying BEAM Plus to Projects Outside Hong Kong cum Launch of BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (EB) (Global Version) Version 1.0 ended on a high note on 27 May 2024, announcing the release of the BEAM Plus EB (Global Version) v1.0.
Over 60 industry leaders witnessed this important milestone as BEAM Plus expands its service scope to regions outside Hong Kong, including the Mainland, Belt and Road Regions and Europe. Ms Bernadette LINN Hon-ho, JP, Secretary for Development, The Government of the HKSAR as the Guest of Honour, officiated the ceremony with Mr YE Shui-qiu, Deputy Director for General of the Department of Educational, Scientific and Technological Affairs, Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR, Mr Nicholas HO Lik-chi, Commissioner for Belt and Road, The Government of the HKSAR, Mr POON Kwok-ying, JP, Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services, The Government of the HKSAR, Dr CHEUNG Tin-cheung, SBS, Chairman of the HKGBC, and Sr Frankie SO Hung Fai, 1st Vice Chairperson of the BSL, to celebrate the heightened role of BEAM Plus in promoting global sustainable practices for the built environment.
