  • Between Evanescence's releases of Fallen and The Open Door, Amy Lee and the band had to endure hardship after hardship, despite the world mostly seeing their overwhelming success.
So what the hell was happening during Evanescence's 36 months of hell?

We Are The Fallen was Ben's own Evanescence in a way...

I've been wanting this to happen for years. The music these two made together was something else. I hope they forget the affairs that happened years ago and have made Ben's separation from the band, and solve the problems that have happened between them and finally release an album together for the one last time.

Oh, I almost forgot David Hodges! His voice as backing vocals was amazing on the Origin album. I really miss the Ben-Amy-David trio.

What do you think would of happened if Ben and David stay in the band

@@JohnWayne-vf5bs we could have listen at least 3-4 albums that sounds similar to Fallen.

Good video, you've done a great job
I think the title of the second album still refers to Ben, not Josh, because in 2004/2005 Ben said in an interview, "I love her and I wish Amy knew my door is open." You can find this quote. I suppose she called the album that with irony, realizing that she would never return to this man. After all, there's a song about Ben on the album, "The last song I'm wasted on you".
