Thank you for such a nice pace on this page-by-page review which actually gave me the time to look at how well the double edge spreads lined up in the middle of the book. This is often a problem, but I thought that they lined up very well. Your voice was pleasantly conversational and it was nice to listen to you. Thank you for letting me see exactly what flowers are in the book and what they look like.

This is a very beautiful coloring book. It's just my style and one of my favorites. The images are so pretty, and the paper is very nice. I prefer nice paper like this when I'm coloring. The colors lay down much better than they do on the thin paper found in so many coloring books. You did a great job on that flower, and I love your background! Your blending is wonderful. Those small, individual flowers need something in the background to make them pop. There's so much empty space there. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with the rest of us. I really enjoyed watching you color.
What a gorgeous book - it's definitely a bit different to other flower colouring books. The artist has a real flair for design. Thanks for showing it. I haven't seen a new book that I really like for ages.

Strelizias (birds of paradise) actually grow in Mediterranean climates. I have 2 varieties in my garden in Cape Town. They’re pretty hardy.
I purchased this gorgeous book about two weeks ago midway through the first CZcamsr's flip through. I love to color nature and flowers are my number one choice to color. My favorite coloring book(s) is by Leila Duly- Floribunda (or The Flower Year.) I've gone through several copies in those books using mixed media. Watching this book unfold made me think of Duly only simpler. That's not quite the word I want to use but it will have to do until my 74 yr. old Rolodex of a brain pops up the correct one. I wish coloring flowers was your thing too 'cause I would love to color along with you in this book. BTW the flower you colored was the first one I colored to "test the paper" plus I had to look it up. I used a different reference photo and my color choices were different. I used my Marco Renoirs and they worked beautifully. Thank you for presenting it fairly to your 46,000+ subscribers. It's a beautiful book in more ways than one. After that first "test page" I decided to color this book straight thru - cover to cover. 🎨♿👵 Barb Nelson

Thank you for the review. I was excited to see you use Polychromos pencils on this one. Those are the pencils I use, and I was wondering how they would work on this book's paper. Your flower turned out beautiful! I think I am going to go order this book now!

You Use The Colour Pencils Really Well! I Use Marker Pens Because Colour Pencils Always Failed Me!

I got this book ..... The paper quality is not my favorite. It's so smooth it's like coloring using coloring pencils on glass. I love the flowers and the cover. But the paper is sooooooo slick it's definitely not appropriate for coloring pencil. Magic marker perhaps. Definitely not pencil!
Wow, I am surprised to read this. I have watched a few reviews of this book and no one has mentioned that. Guess I will hold off on ordering it!
@@iamjane9628 I paid for mine with my own money. Some have received it as a free gift in exchange for a review. Also, some just say they have the book, but haven't colored in it
