At five years old, Russian-born Rudy Kalis' view of the Statue of Liberty marked his immigration day into the United States. It also began a multiple decade battle with cultural, language, and educational challenges.
Persevering through tough college and military experiences, and an early introduction to broadcasting, Rudy used the same hardnosed tactics to try and make a name for himself. In the process he alienated others, until one day he was confronted with the truth of who he was, and a pathway to a live a different life.
In the choice between staying critical, negative and deflating or embracing a new world of possibilities, Rudy chose the unknown. The impact on him, and others has been profound.
Im am so blessed that for the last 4 years ive been able to call Rudy my friend. This man is as real as they get! what you see here is exactly what he looks like when he is all alone! what a man!
You impacted one of my High School coaches and changed his life-It was shocking to me-I had called to repent to the coach and he shared his story about you and what Jesus had done through you to him-No telling how many other stories other men could tell about you Rudy-Way to lead us to the real King's thrown!!-Big love
