    Thank you so much.
I made this video with the intention to help others in a motivational/inspirational form. The clips and music I have used I do not own in most cases. My understanding is that it is in correlation to Fair Right Use, however, given that it is open to interpretation if any owners of the content clips would like me to remove the video I have no problem and will do as fast as possible. please Email - Navidbakhsayesh@gmail.com - if you have any concerns at.
These videos are transformative in a positive sense, I take clips from various sources to help create an atmospheric feeling that will help people in different situations in their life. Be it overcoming hard challenges, giving them more fuel in various sporting scenes or act as hope for those who need to hear encouraging words.
I also do not wish to use the heart of any piece of the work that would perhaps decrease the market value of the original content, if anything I hope to promote the content so that people can reach out and subsequently increase the market value.
Lastly, these videos are to educate people in an entertaining fashion. Given these are very short videos the short parts I use them to act as a catalyst to further reading.

Yes Sir. @ 57 figuring that out now. Moms old in home n still mad at Dad for dying 30 years ago.
Things are not as you think but has always been chaos which is Life dying is the easy part of life, now days you talk with ppl two months later ur telling them same thing cause they never gave u a listen in first place, everyone is flying around with their heads up there ASSES;ppl later on oh that’s not what I meant well WTF did you mean so they can change storyline n back out of things. Oh you miss understood what I meant No I fucking heard u loud n clear ppl are so fake will Talk Shit about others! Lmao cause I could give a Fuck what ppl say about me. I myself walk head Hi never retract wtf I say cause I never say anything about anyone n if I do it’s Positive to compliment them or it’s a thank you! Nobody tells the truth n will turn around n shit on you as long as they get there way. But like you say Sir. at least when I die I can die with dignity
an that’s wtf really matters in life. Never judge a person my dad taught me never judge one till you’ve walked miles in his shoes so you’ll know his soul!!! Why everyday I make one person smile that I’ve never met n others ask how you doing tell them Life is Good with a smile n don’t get me wrong I’m not a pushover I just don’t care wtf others say about a person till I meet them myself then make your own mind up n uselessly in 5 minutes you’ll know if y’all will be friends. Always go with your gut feeling it’s never let me down!!! I believe that’s your soul telling you what’s going on n how to react ! Well got a little wound up but y’all get the picture!!!
God Bless us all in this world n all will be ok Farsure then Walk Tall carry a Big Stick n don’t listen to Shit that doesn’t matter n what ever happened 5 minutes ago is over never hold a grudge cause it will come back n haunt Ya. Do unto others as you would like to be done to you! Lmfao ✌🏻OUT

Paul Musgrove: most people are inculcated with the idea of some sort of “afterlife” they are promised. They spend time, effort, energy and of course money in a supercilious attempt to secure space for themselves in that afterlife. When (and if) they come to realize that this life is the only life they have, it becomes more important; everything to live for and nothing to die for.

@@maryg6292 I can appreciate why you or people would feel that way. But I don't believe that is true or that it has to be that way. Life can certainly get worse by the actions we take or how we respond to negative events in our life, but it can also get better. I love myself much more at 33 than I did at 21, and I've both done bad things and had bad things done to me in the interim.

One of the saddest lives we will ever witness, is the person who gave 40+ years of their life, the prime choice hours of their days, working for a company (someone else), then looking forward to the day they retire....and soon after they do, they DIE! They in essence were a worker ant, a worker bee, a slave, they sold their precious life to a company. My brother has witnessed this at the company he's worked for over 30 years. Of course we all need money to live. But we all need to decide just how important money is and how much life we're willing to "prostitute" trade away for the dollar. The time to live your life is NOW! While you still have good health. What I mean is pursue and do the things you love and have passion for! Don't wait until everything is just perfect because life has a rude way of making sure things never will be!

Sometimes I feel good, but I have rarely ever been a happy person. Just lesser degrees of sadness, anxiety and depression. I have things to occupy my time, but still don't know who I am. Don't bother telling me that I should be grateful for what I have. I am just addicted to feeling bad. No pseudo spiritual words will change that I feel as relevant as a lizard or a potato.

We both work for the same company now and I find myself hating working for a company that I don't feel particularly good about how I'm spending 40 hours a week of my life at, but it's different in my eyes for her. That same company is how she raised two children by herself and has afforded her a good life. I couldn't be more proud of her and what she's accomplished.

I've been a hospice nurse for quite a while. Americans, in general don't know how to die. We linger until we use up our bodies. We don't enjoy life in the present. We feel guilt about the past and fear about the future. That insures control by the ego. We place importance on things, not life. I'm trying hard to turn my back on materialism and consumption, and focus more on forgiveness and love. Love is all that is real, after all.
My goal is to leave my body while it is still healthy. That requires a healthy mind with a heart full of love. One of my hobbies is collecting friends and letting them know that I love them.

I decided to better understand this human condition, and why it is that people who claim 2 be your friend will lie right 2 your face, and then turn around and gossip behind your back. How can a person do this 2U?Well,it turns out that we have a large amount of TOXIC people running around hurting genuine

losing her balance at 53 and within 15 years could no longer walk or talk , and suffered another 7 years in a warehouse 4 the convalescing. I swore that I would not let this happen 2 me and at the first sign ,I will take a
heroin/cocaine overdose. That day is rapidly approaching and I can't wait 😊. I have lived at least 3 full lives packed into this one life, and I must leave soon so scientists can use my healthy remains 4 transplants and

I am retired now and out of the rat race and that's what it was. I spent 88,000 hours in an office, behind a desk, all dressed up, in an office building. If I want to spend a whole day sitting in a lawn chair watching the sky, birds, and hummingbirds I am going to do just that. What is meaningful to one person is nonsense to another. There is wasting time and then there is finally being allowed to do exactly what you want which by the way looks like nothing, but isn't. I loved my jobs believe me I did. But now that I am not having to rush around getting up at the crack of dawn, driving thru a rain or snow storm to get to these jobs I think I've earned the right to contemplate the universe and do whatever the hell I want to do, which may look like nothing. My parents did the same thing once my father retired. They had relaxation down to a fine art - sitting on their deck in the summer watching nature, the birds, hummers, and the beautiful sky. You don't have to be doing something 24 hours a day - filling you time with commitments is just to prove that you are worthy or a good person.

Your story and mine are very similar. I loved working, all the people I met, all the places I went, all the things I learned. Yes, there was also a ton of stress that comes with hard jobs. So glad I did it. Now I’m retired and very happy not to be working. My perspective is that life has seasons. When you’re young, you should give something everything you’ve got. After all, what are you saving yourself for? Tomorrow is not promised, certainly not guaranteed. If you are lucky enough to reach old age, you can look back with deep satisfaction. And with your new freedom in retirement , you can explore the other interests that necessarily took a backseat in youth. That’s satisfying, too. Thanks for reading this.

I’m about to be 24 this month and I’ve been living like I’m dead since I was 17.
My eyes have been opened for so long now and I appreciate the fact that they have.
It’s caused so much hurt but it’s made me realize that (being honest) I ain’t shit and I shouldn’t live thinking that I am.
Even if I do shit that I know consciously that I’ll regret, I still do it because I am aware of what harm I’m doing. Sad to say to be truthful with you.
My suggestion to you is to live whatever life you like to live. Stay true and always think beyond the simple situation. Know your outcomes.
You will only know happiness when you know those things.
You’ll figure it out yourself. Stay up people.✌🏽

Young man, I am proud of you as a fellow Human Being. You have made it through the first great hurdle; Humility. Hopefully, it will not become a mantra for you to think of yourself as "I ain't shit" because you are not as insignificant as such a statement can be taken to mean. I take it that your are humble enough to realize you don't know it all. And that's another great hurdle to wisdome in later years. Wisdom is not achieved until one has a few years of the sort of thinking you are already doing. Keep up the great work on yourself. It's great to see you have confidence in your ability to grow from experience. Good luck with your life. I think God has blessed you with a good mind and you are clearly using it to grow into maturity. Cheers.

You can't change the past, but you can change who you are right now - that's pretty much the message of this video. That person that you were doesn't exist anymore, unless you are doing something "bad" right now. why don't you start with some apologies to all the people you were "bad" to? Start helping others, ALL THE TIME...But first you have to love/accepting of yourself again (or you will be immediately exhausted) or you may as well accept that you will never be a decent person - is that what you really want to do? As soon as you stop feeling sorry for yourself, you will see how free you really are.

@longrider Of course we need an income purely for only the simple fact of looking after ourselves and our family for the basic needs, food, water, medicine and a roof over our heads. what I meant by my statement "IMPACT over INCOME" is more of how to be remembered when we are gone, remembered of the IMPACT we made in our jobs and life in general, emotionally positive, not important to be remembered of what our income was, thats private information no one needs to know. At the end of the day, we are gonna be remembered for what people we were and how we treated others, likefor example if your in the army and you saved someones life, and that impact you made is what someone and heeps of people remember you and are greatful to you for forever, that didnt come from money. money and income has nothing to do with the legacy and inspiration we leave behind, unless your a real greedy, selfish numbers person, thats just my opinion.

Did I ever think he would get cancer and die? No way! Did I ever think that I would become a widow and 47? No way! I am acutely aware now that I have less time ahead of me than I have behind me. I have a totally and completely different way of thinking now. I think in the end my husband had a lot of regrets on how he spent his time. He worked too much. He always thought he should be working. I know in the end he had a lot of remorse about that.

@Don Donald Awesomely naïve (and rather ungrateful) response!
Have you no concept of how fortunate you are to be here at all?
Speaking scientifically and realistically, not from a specific religious perspective.
(Which we can safely ignore, I feel)
It means that none of your lineal progenitors died before they were able to find a suitable mate and to successfully procreate across millennia... Which led to you! Congratulations!
      God's intervention was not required.
      And furthermore:
Jesus did not die to "Save You".
STARS (of a certain magnitude) died to save you, from non-existence. Scattering their elements in terminal supernova explosions across the Cosmos to form YOU. (eventually)
Call it 14 Billion Years from the Big Bang, and more recently 4 Billion years from here on Planet Earth, where life evolved some 600 Million years ago. Onwards and upwards, as they say, from then on...
Oh, but you expect far MORE of your temporal existence? Like eternal life and unending bliss? (There's clearly no pleasing some people)
"Without God life means absolutely nothing"
      Bullshit!
Speak for yourself. It's all you got. Life in the here and now. Deal with it.
Not in some nebulous, uncertain, conditional future of "Heaven or Hell" (both man-made ideas to promote fear, subservience, acquiescence and obedience...surely any Fool can work that one out?)
Also, which "God" specifically do you refer to? Across 5,000 years of human civilization, and countless "Gods" worshipped?
      It's a fair question, surely?
I presume you allude to the most obvious candidate "God"?
The Sun God Baal, as worshipped by the Carthaginians?
The one visible, ever-present God? The one who imparts and enables all life, sustenance, sustainability, continuity and species-survival on the planet?
The True "Light of the World". (Difficult to argue against, surely?)
Without whose presence you would be somewhat... non-existent?
      ...Oh, you don't?
Surely not the transparently- derivative Judeo-Christian God who is represented by the decidedly Good and enlightened Man (if he existed) Jesus Christ, who allegedly died to save you, and by the sheerest chance and circumstance you happen to have been indoctrinated into believing in?
By virtue of your geographic location, time, upbringing and inclination?
Because you want to be perceived as a "Good Person", and Atheist's are perceived as "Bad"? Right?
Wrong. We are not Bad people. We kill nobody in the name of "Nothing".
Unlike fundamental Faith Heads, I suggest. Belief in God mandates slaughter, and has throughout history...and still continues apace.
"The atheistic world view believes life ends at the grave"
Yes. Very probably. We have no EVIDENCE to contradict that assertion. It's the natural cycle of life. Apologies if it's not "enough" to satisfy you.
Please understand: We can very safely discount ancient scripture of unknown authorship written many years after the hypothesised events described.
You are an Atheist with respect to Baal, and presumably every other God worshipped through history.
Question: Would you not be a Muslim, with an entirely different set of beliefs, if you were born and raised in Pakistan?
….I rest my case. Peace be upon you/Amen/God be with you.... Whatever applies.
ps: I clearly have too much time on my hands, but then I'm 63 years old and semi-retired.

There's no such thing as "wasting your life". We do our best with what we have, given the circunstances; And not everybody is lucky enough to have all the chances in life; Some people just try their best to survive, like so many that live in africa or similar places. Although that's sad, none of that matters, because in the end everybody dies, and everything we did in life is reduced to nothing. So, instead of try to find motivation to go on with our suburban lifes, we should be trying to help the ones who really need, so to their lifes could be a little less misserable and painfull, because different from most of us, they have real problems.

Some say it is what you leave behind when it is time for the dirt nap, all those deaths from cancer to trauma, not one wished they worked harder or longer. It was always about the one's left behind, or about wrong choices that haunted them, exception was those who had a fulfilled life.

For reasons unknown to me, from my youngest days I always lived my life without wanting to ever feel regret when I aged. From that thought, I never found pleasure in gossiping, in seeking revenge or holding grudges - that all seems senseless. To this day, I still live that way. Life at times was not kind, sure people took advantage of my kindness. But it never changed me or made me bitter. Perhaps I know all to well that life is short and it can change in a heartbeat. Glad I found this in my newsfeed.

It doesnt matter. Being alive is being alive. Its beautiful regardless of what you do. Most of the "motivated" people are just terrified of being insignificant, of meaninglessness, or not mattering to someone, but they will become dust regardless. The people who knew they existed will become dust. Humanity will entirely cease eventually and their names will no longer exist regardless of what structures of meaning they have built up in life.
The reality of life is all of it, the good, the bad, the messy, ugly, distracted, joyful and grieving. You have to have all emotions to be human. You cant always enjoy the present, you cant always be happy, or "succeed" at life, succeed at being present etc.. Being alive is the gift, however it goes. The motivational sh** flies over my head, I am enough being as fully human as I am, its enough of an experience, being alive

I feel that when we were all young children we were only able to live in the present moment. Until something corrupts us, scares us, or we hurt ourselves, then our brain unconsciously starts building pathways for us to seek safety, and it puts in place measures to prevent us arriving to those scary circumstances again. We also begin to fear the unknown...like what will happen if we fail in the near future.....this is anxiety. We dwell on things in the past that can't possibly be changed....this is guilt or regret. You can look forwards and have anxiety, and you can look backwards and have regret, or you can find a way to live in the present moment (easier said than done)...like how we did when we were children having fun. Only, I'm sure you're busy preparing for something and there's a bunch of things you need to do in the future and the pile is huge. Write it all down, bring it to present moment...and thrive.

Dealing with the past suggests a certain fear or resistance that sits inside you, when you are truly present you don't overlook that fear, instead you feel it fully because it is the emotion present in your body. Then when that fear is fully felt you understand in awareness that present is all there is, I really recommend eckhart tolle if you want to get a glimpse of presence which is something that transcends feelings and conceptual thinking.

Sure I’m a good person and I do good things and people love and think highly of me for it but really, what good have I truly done? I live in the United States, the land flowing of milk and honey but when I help others, how much out of my way have I truly gone, how far out of my comfort zone did I really go? If I answer that question honestly, the answer is, not far at all.
In approximately a year from now, all of my obligations will be fulfilled and I will be free to go out and help others, children especially, in other third world countries who don’t even have a tiny sliver of what I have enjoyed from the moment I was born. I am researching right now to find the the best option for me to carry out this growing conviction in me. Thanks!

You don't need to wait before helping people while you do research and draw up best options and plan flights across the world to find them. If the conviction is within you then you would be doing it now and not wasting time and money on big convoluted plans that are really just a diversion from taking action. Just do it.

I've lived over half a century.I found I spent most of my life living in the past or projecting the future in scenarios. All the while not living in the present.Wow,so missed life in front of me from doing so.What you think about has a lot to do with how you feel.I would project in the future the outcome of a confrontation and make myself angry,or sad. Most everything you worry about in the future, which in a way does not exist anyway, will never transpire.Yes,we can make plans and goals but at the same time live the next second in front of you.Your thoughts will greatly control how you will feel in that next second. So now I control my thoughts and live the next second in front of me.The only time I visit the past is to learn from my mistakes, not continuing to feel bad about them.We are instructed by the Word of God not to worry about tomorrow. For we are not promised tomorrow. For many this day it will never come.

Living in the present doesn't mean you can't plan for the future. If you're unhappy with a situation try your best to change it, but don't let that distract you from the fact that you matter and that life is meant to be enjoyed with those who we frequently take for granted. At times when I am lost, I like to contemplate this quote by philosopher Alan Watts:
"We thought of life by analogy with a journey, with a pilgrimage, which had a serious purpose at that end, and the thing was to get to that thing at that end. Success, or whatever it is, or maybe heaven after you’re dead.
But we missed the point the whole way along.
It was a musical thing, and you were supposed to sing or to dance while the music was being played.”

BWGgy and If that happens in the future tens or hundreds of generations from now, shouldn't you be at the very least be working it out for yourself, by being your most truthful being you can be, and offer love and meekness to all living creatures. I'm not hoping that some guy in the sky will fix things up, I'm thinking more that we as people need to change and fix ourselves first by getting our heads out of the dirt and calling things out as they are. Let truth be told, and let's negotiate for peace first always

    • @Michaelkaraz
      @Michaelkaraz Před 6 lety

There is no guy in the sky firstly, we have some sort of perception that we are separated by some form and yet it science that shows us being connected, the only separation that exists is virtually in our minds BWGgy, and coexisting brings us closer to the singularity where we truly come from, denying another through race, creed, or geography is idealism, and is not realistic, when we surrender our ego and die to self we are awakened to life together, where compassion, and authenticity reside. Your perception might be soiled by some form of it whether it be Neo or ancient they are all doctrines of law that constrict our lives and future than create a future a Neo city of light. People like me are seen as crazy and we stand in corners warning everyone that the end is near, because we can feel the emotions we can see the writing on the wall. I'm just one voice in the wilderness of the one mind crying out that the road we have created is taking us down a certain quick and very horrific end, Fire and brimstone as so many prophets, and seekers of truth have warned before me. The end is so near it literally presses itself the mind of this world like a cancer about to destroy it. The world is so full of pain, everybody is hurting, it is beyond compare to any other time, people are more lonely, relationships are shallow, our kids are lost in a cyber space world, and to justify this as being alive while our oceans and earth is being pillaged for gain and greed by organisations that make 1% of our population excessively wealthy you can see that the balance has far tipped the expected balance of mother nature herself and like a sudden realization is turning against us like a body fighting an infection. We are the infection and if we don't change we will cease to exist. I wish people would wake up, and realize that we need to all connect because our existence depends on it, and there is much to loose, human beings are truly a beautiful sentient life and it will be a loss to the universe if we destroy ourselves because of our deep seated separation in the end.

Yet what gives me some comfort or small feeling of value is that realizing non of us are getting out of here alive we go about our lives trying to be human, trying to lead a life worh living yet knowing oblivion awaits us all. There is beauty in bravery. Living in the face of the unkown. That's an accomplishment. We do the best we can. Our values might change. But in the face of our unchangeable fate, we go on. Most hope to leave a better place for those that follow. We try to make this short life leave a mark but accept that there is a finality to all this. That reality make our lives worth acknowledging. do you mean 24/7 frenetic, control freak fueled purpose, or simply being a decent human being without the self indulgent over introspection

After 51 years of existence the only purpose I have found in life is to help each other on this journey to make it more comfortable for each other. In big ways and small ways, and as much as I possibly can.

"a Future -fixed mind ....or times we've left behind....making the time we live in hard to define..."
I wrote these words to a song 40 years ago. Yet I have lived just in that way. The most important thing? Looking at yourself and others with love. THAT is all we need....

Lol love this comment even if you were being honest or joking, made me giggle a little bit. I can relate, I tear up sometimes over my life feeling lost, but mostly because I feel like others are stealing it from me every time I need something in my life to make progress and someone steals it from me. That’s when I cry the most, when I want that good job to create more opportunities and no one gives it to me or steals it from me when I have it and they don’t want to give me the chance. My life is complicated though, most people don’t have the deck of cards that I do.

I think those who escape reality are more likely to live in the moment and appreciate all they have, life is like a book it has a start and an end, it is full of memories and stories and experiences, successes and failure, joy and heartbreak, we leave behind our teachings and our memories that we have shared, the past is a memory, the present is a gift and the future is ours to make, so don't waste it on being petty, cherish those you love, avoid those you despise, and make people smile. :)
