      Most urban fire & rescue appliances are fitted with rumbler sirens, has been like this for a couple of years now ahahah

    Sounds like Whelen siren

  • @El_Transportacoches_33

    5:47: Reminds me at Hong Kong Fire and Rescue siren. And also at the Japanese Fire and Rescue
    6:32: What a strange thing. A fire truck with the emergency lights turned on, but the positioning lights in off mode.
    31:12: What? A Nissan Patrol? But is not saled as Ford Maverick?

    • @seqemergencyvehicles
      @seqemergencyvehicles  Před rokem +1

      5:47 - yeah our new aerial appliances have similar sirens to Japanese Fire & Rescue or NYPD, however you look at it.
      6:32 - yeah, so how it works is the driver usually is responsible for activation/deactivation of emergency lights & the officer controls the sirens, both of which are completely separate things so unfortunately this does allow room for drivers to make error by not turning the lights on when they should be.
      31:12 - nissan patrol is an australian based vehicle whereas a ford maverick is american i'm assuming...
