He did some awesome preparation and really knows how to do it properly. Beside taste, the chewing experience I would say it's kinda out of this world. Slimey and crunchy, it is quite indescribable before you eat one. Once you eat one I bet you'll be hunting for more.

I love all kinds of seafood and thanks to eight years of living in Tokyo I have had many raw adventures. I never tried sea cucumber but I'm sure I would like it. The only seafood I tried that I didn't like was the sea squirt (ホヤ).
What did the sea squirt taste like? I always see people dipping them in sauce so I wondered if they taste bad alone.
