LINEA Cup Filling and Sealing Machine for Greek Yogurt with 3 Different Fruit Jams

LINEA is Serac solution for high-speed cup filling and sealing. This volumetric cup filler can fill up to 40.000 cups per hour of greek yogurt. In this video, you can see 3 dosing stations that allow pre-filling of cups with 3 different fruit jams, before the main filling with 2 x 12 filling nozzles.
The aluminium lid dispensing is with 2 x 12 magazines, with the ability for the operator to reload the aluminium lids without stopping the machine. Serac heat sealing is of a conduction method, controlled by not only the temperature, but also its timing and pressure.
Range of optional equipment include: Container decontamination with pulsed light, UV, H2O2 module
