We have a piece of paper over the bumpy board (needle point canvas)

I have students use the needlework canvas/ “bumpy board” to make textured crayon letters and words. I often have them clip them onto a clip board, with copy paper over the top, and then they walk around the room to read and write out spelling words (which are hanging around the room).

Perhaps put paper over the bumpy plastic and write on it- then they could see it.

I have requested a password reset several times and have emailed several times regarding this matter. I cannot get into my account to access a purchased item. How can I get help with this?
