Welcome back to another episode of Pack My Husband’s Lunchbox With Me! This week, we are making some of my favorite EASY comfort foods that always hit the spot.
On Monday, I made Yaki Udon, which you can customize with any vegetables or protein of your choice. On Tuesday, I made my 20-minute Mapo Tofu with steamed broccoli. On Wednesday, we had Honey Glazed Pork Belly with Spicy Garlic Bok Choy, which was Dom’s favorite this week. And we finished the week off with my viral 20-minute Beef Enoki Rice Bowl that was super easy and delicious!

What kind of rice do you use, Tiff ? Does it matter what oil I cook chicken in,and where do I get Cantonese noodles? Thank you so much! ❤
I'm taking Tiff camping with me this weekend. I'm hoping they'll have the ingredients . I'm asking for glutanious rice. I hope I said that right. I love your recipes, and i hope to do you proud. I love cooking as well. To be fair, I'm interested in trying tofu. I've heard deep fried tofu is good,but I've never eaten it. I've heard firm tofu, but I know nothing about it Thank you Tiffy..

Yes, start selling them. I purchase frozen Taiwanese bento boxes fro LA to be shipped frozen too San Diego to have when I am lazy and just want something quick.

Hi Tiffy! Thanks for sharing all lovly easy recipes! Sometimes during the busy routine I am lost for what to cook and my Am hubby is extremely picky that even discourage my cooking! No matter what, I will work out your cooking style as it very similiar to my HK style! But I think your hubby needs to keep his daily lunch box in the safe :)!😅❤❤❤
