🌟🍪 Full recipe:
The recipe I followed was from: "The Pioneer Woman"
Nonstick cooking spray
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
5 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar, divided
6 large eggs, at room temperature, divided
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, divided
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. kosher salt, plus a pinch
12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. milk
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 13-by-9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Line the pan with parchment paper, leaving 2 inches on the long sides. Grease the parchment with cooking spray.
2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with the chocolate, whisking until smooth and fully melted. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Whisk in the cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in the brown sugar and 1 1/2 cup of the granulated sugar.
3. Whisking constantly, add 5 of the eggs, one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated after each addition. Whisk in 3 teaspoons of the vanilla. Add the flour and 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and whisk until completely smooth; the mixture will be very thick. Set aside 2/3 cup of the brownie batter in a small bowl. Spoon the remaining batter into the lined pan, using a spatula to spread it in an even layer. Place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes.
4. In a large bowl using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, pinch of salt, and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla at medium speed until fully incorporated and creamy, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Beat in the sour cream until well combined. Add the remaining egg and mix until fully combined.
5. Carefully pour the cheesecake mixture over the cold brownie layer; spread into a smooth layer. Add the milk to the reserved 2/3 cup brownie batter, stirring until well combined. Dollop the brownie mixture by the teaspoonful randomly over the top of the cheesecake batter in the pan. Using a toothpick, skewer, or paring knife, swirl the brownie mixture into the cheesecake mixture, being careful not to press too deep to disturb the brownie layer.
6. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean (a few crumbs attached are OK), 50 to 55 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack, about 3 hours. Cut into 16 bars. - Zábava

@KaylaBrown-pk7fg probably from a farm that houses older hens, I heard that they lay the most double-yolked eggs. One grandma hen in our farm once laid a triple yolked egg too😅
It’s called a double yolk, it’s common in chickens who haven’t been laying for a while. I’ve gotten a few, but in my 7 years of owning chickens, I’ve only gotten 4. Edit: that’s so cool guys! And I own 24 chickens, but I used to have a few more, some died from disease. 😊
And how many chickens do you own?
I'm just curious because if you say that you got only 4 in 7 years, and let's suppose you have like 5 chickens or less, maybe having 20+ chickens would make the chances higher? (I'm just guessing I never had chickens in my life I don't know about their nature)
I got one in my dinner once, when I was younger my mum would make sausage, egg, chips and beans (we’re british 😂) and my egg had two yolks in it, it was actually kinda cool
Oh I have I think 15 chickens now and I have had chickens for about 9 years and had I think like 13 double
yolked eggs, I believe I have had somewhere in the 30’s for a wind/fart egg too, they are usually extra tiny. Also they don’t really come from chickens that don’t lay for a while, it’s usually somewhat of a genetics thing and or because they are young and their reproductive system isn’t finished growing.
I see them every other week at my work😅

@@littleremyfoodMy grandparents live on a farm, and I’ve been living there after my parents separated. We get double yolks all the time from out chickens. It’s so fun watching people get a double yolk for the first time.
My parents say that if there’s a double yolk then it means someone is pregnant

I have gotten a triple yolk before. The double and triple yolks are far more common outside of supermarkets but a triple yolk is still insanely rare.

Back home our local farmer was a very kind man and was somehow able to tell which eggs were double yolks and give them to us.

Double yolks used to be way more common and I find I get way more when I get them from a farmers market rather than a long supply chain mass produced spot. Still trying to place the reason why.

Next time you should use the brownies as the crust for the cheesecake and put chocolate chips in the cheesecake if you want more chocolate for the brownies
