I 100% believe the ex about her hours being reduced, and it was very telling that he got his request AND STILL was not satisfied… and if you can just materialize these hours, that means you either took them being petty or you’re going to take from one employee to give to another. Kinda the same attitude he has about the children. I’m a former restaurant manager and hours don’t just appear and disappear like that !! They’re based on sales numbers
