This level of strength is so far beyond my comprehension.... I thought I was strong being able to overhead press my bodyweight for 8 reps, but this is blowing my mind. I don't even know how our joints can handle this. The human body is insane.
I love, respect, and understand the drive to train your body to do things like this. I've spent periods of months training in the gym for 16 hours a day or more every day and didn't think there was anything wrong with it for me personally. What I don't comprehend is how people achieve such complex feats and still pay rent, eat sensibly, and talk to people just enough that those who care aren't worried they're a harm to themselves or others. There's guys really out here not much older than me or even younger in many cases doing things that would take more than extreme dedication from me to achieve, it would take time beyond what I know how to afford after working to pay rent, buy the proper foods that fuel my training and yet they're getting it done. That's my big question, where does the time come from to follow a course of training like that.
wrong. bent elbows is not a maltese, if youre so hyperextended that your forearm is touching the floor i agree its compensation, but bending the elbow is not the answer, its improper form and it puts too much stress on the bicep an can lead to injury
for me those guys who press from the ground into maltese are the most skillful... shiat that always looks insane
manhunni totally agree. Pressing from the ground especially from some degree It is look like impossible move

If you wanna do this , you can get it with push ups but lean as max as you can , it gonna make it harder but this is the only to get full planche
And 8 reps is for beginners
You better be able to do 15+ if you want front lever
@@supasaiyajinn8521 how is front lever related to overhead press

Maltese is when your shoulders are aligned with your wrists. So many of these guys do super wide planche but this is still not Maltese
There aren't humans 😳
Hard job perfect enjoy thanks🎵💗🍯🎵⚓
Can anyone tell me which is harder between the dead planche and the maltese?
Pro_Rman Maltese is harder, dead planche just really hurts your wrists
Pro_Rman some people can do dead but nlt full
Full maltese mannn
Dead planche is much harder. Way more pressure on shoulders.
Maltese because your arms are wider.
TOP!!!!

Esta personas deben tener esos biceps como una piedra en forma pelota de soccer

Rip shoulder. Anyway impressive 💪
Is it so bad for the shoulder if the muscle tendons and ligaments are properly prepared for planches?
@@kegwg1830 no, hes just making excuses.
If you go gradually and you have the requirements it's fine

I notice hyperextension can be used for compensation
This is to be avoided
Always correct form , with every workout
