Hello. I know how to dribble I know some moves but when I'm on the field I freak out hesitate alot any advice
I've started football at early 13 did I start too late? I've Trained everyday since But got osgood schlatter atm but I still try train I've improved a lot But I'm not in the best country for football (Ireland) idk how to even go pro or where to start from do I have to trial for some pro academy club and if I'm good u get a contract ?
I have a question..... where should I start from if I wanna individually train , there are so many videos out there so many drills and so much depth that I get lost .
You need train your skill with ball, after that focus on your stamina
Doesn't matter just train anything get yourself in the field and start putting in that work

But i can't send them my in game footage, because in my town, there are no teams and 3-4 teenagers who are same age as me and plays football. We used to have a team before the pandemic, and we used to go to other cities to participate tournaments. I have some football team and individual awards, can i send them instead?

Stepovers no. In very specific scenarios you may need body feints to get rid of a pressing attacker

Hi Goluremi.I had a question to ask you about.I am a 13year old boy from Canada that wants to go pro.I train 2 to 3h a day and that is because it is the most that my parents let me do.Lately I have really be questioning if it is even possible for me to go pro because my parents don’t let me play a lot and I don’t think that i’m training enough.I really wanted to know if I could ever get to the top levels.
It's not all about quantity it's about quality don't worry about the time just do things you think you need to improve, match situations etc.
