Well it hurts, and you and your channel are one of the first things I thought about. She was one of the truly greatest gifts that was ever given to a Broadway stage and while that beautiful light was put out today, the memory of those gritty, fantastic and ground breaking performances will live on forever…

Im so sad... Im struggling to write this comment I love Chita I have this choreography burned into my head from watching that spiderwoman bootleg over and over again and dancing along to it, my aunt had my cousin make me a cup that has most of my favorite shows playbills on it 90% of it is Chita and I just realized my pfp is of Chita performing lucretia macevil, my mom had gotten me her memoir for christmas I was reading it not too long ago, even though I never met her I feel like a lost a friend Thank You Chita for everything for getting me through alot. And thank you Aurora for all your clips of her and other performers

I saw this tour in Dallas back in the day. Talked to Chita at the stage door and took a picture with her. Years later I saw her in Nine on Broadway and gave her a copy of the picture! RIP
