Yeah, but I'm quite sure there was no comedy intended. This kind of 2nd grade education is very common among some leaders of African states. This guy is a complete buffoon.....and in current times. He is completely unprepared for this ceremony and he verbalizes his idiotic thoughts. He has no formal education yet is the president. It's mostly tribal issues in Africa that can get a man like this elected, like in South Africa with Jacob Zuma. That whole fiasco was due to his Zulu tribe following and when he was put on house arrest I think for some kind of corruption massive riots and more looting than I've ever seen broke out. It's sad bc Africa has always had the potential to be a developed continent bc of natural resources, but they never had the ability to fully or properly utilized these resources. Many times a man like this was put in power and foreign money was brought in and given to certain group or tribe and they basically sold the diamond and other gem mines so very few Africans profited off any of it, on the contrary they lived in extreme poverty because only the top lived lives of luxury. It's been like that since the 1800's and the constant infighting among tribes will never end. That's been going on for almost a millennium. Israel has a lot of unity, while Africa is the complete opposite.
