I will never forget my first time hearing this song. My unit was just outside of the oilfires in Kuwait during the first Gulf War when Armed Forces Radio Network dedicated this song to the 2nd Armored Calvary for their victory against the Tawakalna Division the Iraqi Republican Guards at what is called The Battle of 73 Easting. 2nd ACR cleared the way for my Unit (The 1st Infantry Division) to end the war at what is called the Battle of Norfolk. Thank you for this reaction video. This is my first time actually watching the video and really appreciate how it brings back memories from my life so long ago.
Angus Young....the guitarist...is one of the greatest guitarist ever! If you had the good Fortune of going to one of their concerts...you would remember it for the rest of your life!!! I saw them in my mid 30's....and I am 62 years old now...and still love their music!
Caught their show in '83. Got mooned by Angus. Still want his babies. Ha! Was up front and near the amps. Was deaf for three days! Well worth it though! RIP Bon Scott and Malcolm. Keep rockin' on!!! 🤘😀🤟
Man we have to pass on this wonderfully awesome music. We can’t let it die out! There are many, many others that need a musical awakening to hear what they’ve been missing. This new age stuff is called music but little of it gets you moving like this old stuff. Introduce her to more, more, more!!
My favorite AC/DC song. They have some great "jammin" songs that you have to crank up the volume on, but this, in my opinion, is the best!! You can't play this song too loud!
AC/DC I've seen live 2 times and yeah the whole band rocks but Angus can go on some crazy 10 minute long guitar solo's in the concerts. I'm pretty sure this song Thunderstruck is actually about them and how loud they can get in the concerts because each concert I've seen them in I've gone away with no hearing left. Not joking, After one of their concerts I was so deaf I tried to hail down a taxi but couldn't hear my voice and my buddy couldn't stop laughing because I was screaming and everyone at the store near the stadium was staring at me. Anyways cheers and rock ya later!
Saw them 10m from the stage w my friend. We were next to some big ass cannons without earplugs, my ears ringed for 3 days. 10/10 would go again, best show ever 🤟🤟
AC/DC are unique in that they have two front men, without any ego problems getting in the way. Each one understands the others importance and lets them have the stage when its their turn. Angus's guitar is like a second vocal, completing the song and taking it to another level.
I have seen AC/DC six times over my many years and I can attest that the lead guitarist, Angus Young performed at this type of level of energy in each and every one of their shows. He is one of the most amazing guitar performers there has ever been...
I am 61 years of age and can you understand when we say we had The Best Music. No Cursing, Killing just good old fashion driving songs cruising songs... Thanks for listening to my generation and that includes the lodies from 1964, I was 8 years old then when You Lost That Loving Feeling came out.
I love your reactions to songs I already love. I makes me appreciate them all over again. Seeing someone who's hearing them for the first time and seeing how they genuinely tlove them too. You're expressions are boss!. Keep smiling, India.... Jon from liverpool UK.
The Guitarist for AC/DC is Angus Young and he's considered one of Hard Rocks GOAT Guitarist. His brother Malcolm Young is the one playing and singing the backups on guitar and vocals. We lost Malcolm Young a couple years ago( or it may be just a year) ... AC/DC is one of the Hardest working and Rocking bands of all time. In my profile photo ... I look "Pure Country " but I'm a Rocker at heart. I play guitar also and grew up on the Country music of Merl Haggard, Walon Jennings, George Jones ect.ect.ect. and listened t Country from the age of 5, but in my teens I was a huge fan of Steppenwolf, Iron Butterfly, The Stones ect. So I know and play Country and Classic Rock and Blues. AC/DC has always been a Fav top Five with me. Loved the reaction BTW. 👍👍😎
Ok The lead vocalist is named Brian Johnson The guitarist dressed up in the schoolboy uniform is Angus Young ( Angus as in "Angus Beef") The other guitarist is Angus' brother, Malcolm Young Cliff Williams plays Bass And The drummer that appears in this music video is Chris Slade Chris Slade's drumming career goes back to when he was playing drums for Manfred Mann's Earth Band, who had a huge hit with the song "Blinded by The light" And Chris Slade also played drums for a band called "The Firm" which featured Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page
I was listening to this song in my Corvette convertible when the red and blue lights came on behind me. It was worth it. I got my license back in a year.
Every morning at work, I sit at my desk. Say a little prayer. Log on to my computer. Open up an energy drink. Put on my headphones and blast this song. Let the day commence!
This is the comeback of the Lads from down under the brother of the guitar player was the lead singer he died they never thought he could be replaced but this was a real comeback
GREAT Aussie band!! Saw them live lots in the mid 70's with Bon Scott as the lead singer (the best) in Melbourne Australia before they were huge. I was so lucky to grow up when I did with so many great bands and music. Love watching you and love your hair!
You, my dear, make reaction videos a joy to watch. There are some rather, um, interesting reactors which I can't forward to the kids/grandkids when I want them to see that mama isn't the ONLY one who enjoys this music. Timberwolf Powler -- I was 11 years old when, without my parents permission, my oldest sister took me to see Back in Black! One of the greatest concert experiences of my life! I was skinny and little... but just standing there in a line of other concert goers, the stuff was handed to me as naturally as ever! :-O (Later that fall, I was at my sister's university and mixing cocktails during Little Brother and Sister weekend. The college freshmen ladies were amazed as I sat on their dorm room floor and mixed simple cocktails for them.) Those young ladies handed me other stuff, naturally as ever, as I sat there and mixed them Peppermint Patties, Tootsie Rolls and Screwdrivers. I took a taste test of each one I mixed before I handed it up to the young ladies and they were amazed. Soon, I was lead to other rooms for me to show off my unique talents. The young ladies just ate it up and once I finally wandered back to my sister's room, my sis recognized my condition and she (6'1" tall) picked me up by my collar bone to drag me into the hall where she screamed out "Gawd dammit! Who got my little brother stoned!" My body just swung back and forth limply in her firm grasp. :-)
Timberwolf Powler -- I liked that mid-Michigan University (located in a place fondly known as "Mount Happy"...) 4 years later - in that very same dormitory - I was staying with my high school marching band for "band camp" preparing for the coming marching season. It was floors below where that party was, when I met a lovely 22yr old secretary alone in an office. I was just beginning to peal her out of her dress when I noticed the time on my wristwatch: "Oh, no! Tracey! I'm late for morning practice!" I pulled my polo shirt back on, pulled up my shorts, then picked up my loafers from the floor and raced out of her office! (I'm such a dumb ass!) She called out as I ran down the hall: "Jeffrey! What roo-oom-m are you in?" Turning back, there she stood in the doorway holding her dress up her front. I shouted out the floor and the room number. She and I both laughed loudly as I continued to race down the hall and finally around the corner. I was nearly late for practice and my buddies were curious to know where the heck I had disappeared to. I told them but I saw doubt in my of their eyes and I couldn't really blame them. Practice went well then we had lunch. They continued to pester me with questions. As we returned to our room though, we noticed a note taped to it.
