- The first lady Janet Kataaha Museveni was accompanied by her three daughters to the swearing in ceremony was sworn-in along with other ministers and the new cabinet at Stae house Entebe. NRM National vice chairperson for central region, Hajj Abdul Nadduli also took oath as minister without Portfolio following his appointment recently.

This is nepotism at its best. You absolutely cannot appoint your wife as a cabinet minister. Only in Uganda.
This the minister of Education and sports who only comes to give results of P7,S4 and S6 leavers and threatens to arrest those parents who can't afford a packed lunch or breakfast for their children. ....have you ever imagined that there are people who can't afford to put dinner on a plate as a family. You haven't built schools or changed the Education setting in any way. Free Education is failed completely. When I see the schools in the village's I cry.Kataha Museveni's wife is (president of Uganda )is just pocketing the money.
