    unfortunately for most adults my age those social connections are almost impossible to make if the majorly of the people don't want the same its hard making friends as an adult, this advice depresses me even more because I know how having meaningful connections is VITAL for the human existence

      It can be so hard to make new friends as an adult, especially when you factor in other peoples stress as well. Community is out there, keep searching for it :)

      im a 36 male i have 1 friend and struggle alot. im coming to an end of my mental health degree and im still struggling but im on a course called managing your emotions it helps with all feelings and even helping with confidence and thats big for me. so if that helps out a little and i know its easy said than done thats how i felt at the begging im starting to become the real me again. all the best.

    Best thing for mental health is to leave settings that involve psychological operations, torture and abuse...and there might be a few on the west coast etc that might agree with me...as one of you mentioned, "you can't talk about mental health without talking about..."

    If only Dr. can address torture of doctors and nurses as in Physicians for human rights articles and the exodus in health care...or perhaps, genocide...But I don't think the people behind Dylan and group put her in place for that reason (for this segment)....but you can ask them...
