I am a PM who values UX very highly, and even in the age of AI, I have chosen to do an additional training in design instead of more tech because I think that is where the value of a product is discovered. But guess what? Most stakeholders are not happy about how UX focused I am as a PM, there is always pressure on a PM to join the unnecessarily assertive business bro camp unfortunately. It is very rare to find companies that have left their egos behind and actually focus on what matters
