No, Kelly Conlon was the bassist on the album, and he didn't play fretless. Originally it was going to be Steve Digiorgio and he would have done it fretless. Still, Kelly did great on the album.
I can see you obviously playing along but I can't hear your bass. I see that problem in a lot of play along videos on here. The song is too loud maybe? Some people use tracks that have the specific instrument taken out so you can hear them play. Anyways, great job. Death is my all time favorite metal band and I love to see Chuck's legacy live on. I can't tell if you're joking or not, but the bass is very apparent. Either you need headphones, better speakers, or your hearing checked.
The bass is actually the loudest part of the audio! Hope that helped :)

i'm gonna hope you got better headphones in the last 9 months, the bass is VERY loud here, to the point that it's kinda ridiculous you can't hear it
