You’re awesome obviously Ryan is helping you a little bit you tried by yourself. I don’t know anybody who did it without any help from others or CZcams or something. Props for trying it and learning
Freakin Awesome that you are taking the time to work on your own vehicle and learn as well. It good that you read the instructions..most men would throw it away or look at the pictures and then "Try" to install it and after hours of cursing they would read the instructions. I wish more father's and even mothers would take the time to teach there kids how to work on vehicles. It would be a huge to them later in life. Great video!

Katie never be afraid to do things yourself. You will make mistakes, but that is the learning process. I guarantee you will be very proud of what you have accomplished, and you have Ryan to help and teach you on some of the things you aren't familiar with. I have 4 granddaughters and I tell them to learn to work on things themselves and they will feel so proud of what thcan do. Keep up the videos and have fun working on your projects.

This is one of the most noticeable things I've done to my truck was going to larger intercooler piping! Crazy the difference it makes
It’s a pressurized system and does nothing add a bigger compressor wheel on the turbo that will flow more cfm
anyone else jump at 6:41? lol been there, done that, keep going and learning. we all make mistakes and they can all be fixed 🤙

There’s a hole under the brake booster to run your power cable for your subs just cut the foil so you don’t pinch that cable in the future took me a while to find it when I did my subwoofer

You tell Ryan that he's a lucky guy to have a woman who would get her hand dirty working on a truck. If I was him there would be a ring on that finger . If I ask my wife to help me on a truck . We've all broken a bolt or cross threaded a nut. Way to keep going forward with the project after you snapped the stud. Love the progress, can't wait to see how far you are going to go with this build.

Great job on the truck I wanted to tell you that you have the wrong oil filter cap on. Run only the Motorcraft oil filter and cap. The one you have on can cause some issues.
I have the same setup on my truck, you will see about a 150° to 250° drop in egt depending on throttle position with the new setup.
Also get yourself a inch lb torque wrench and foot lb torque wrench, torque every bolt on that engine, ive snapped my fair share, very important if you end up upgrading the hpop system
You did a great job especially being first time. Dad taught me one great lesson learn as much as you can about as much as you Can. Besides nothing makes a girl hotter than if she can work on her own truck.

Do the blue spring upgrade. Single greatest and cheapest upgrade you can do for the 6.0L

Don’t run Napa filter on that 6.0 run oem for fuel and oil filter I have had problems with them over time
Hey there. Some days I wish I had a diesel truck. Right now I have a 2015 Ford F150 with a 3.5 V6. Pretty good truck nonetheless. Egr coolers were a big problem on the 6.0
I love my banks intercooler system on my 06 f250 harley-davidson I got rid of the ugly red and powder coat to the color of the blue flames but it dropped my egts by 250 degrees on wot

Good rule for bolts is to use your smaller ratchets on smaller ones and so fourth, no hate thrown we have all broken bolts

Ryan should have known you have to torque that intake down properly or at least use a smaller racket way to much torque on those little studs. Hopefully you got the peice out before the lock tight drys! Truck is going to be sweet! Can't wait to see it painted
