7:58 This isn't correct. It doesn't matter if you cmp tie or not because if you cmp tie, they don't sneak a fast move through but you don't either, so it cancels out. If you don't cmp tie, you'll get a fast move on their charged move, and they'll get a fast move on your charged move, so it cancels out again. You're both even. Same with throwing back to back. The opponent would get a fast move through on the charged move anyway, so it doesn't matter when you throw it in a situation like that.
