And an example as to why U.S. crime statistics cannot be trusted. They arrest black people for jaywalking, then add resisting, obstruction, and whatever else they can. White guy publicly drunk threatening, harassing and assaulting a woman, cop does nothing. No conversation, no counsel, no arrest. That's policing in the U.S. and that's why crime stats aren't worth the ink used to print them.

Why was the little 9 year old get “invited” to the police station and the caller not even confronted for misusing the service of the Law enforcement Office? It still doesn't give him any right to throw around the word that he was using. They are not the same people of his youth. That word is off limits and he shouldn't be using it - no one should - at all.
