Yes castrol power 1 ultimate is a good engine oil you can use grade 10w40 in your MT15 .Replace the engine oil after 4000-5000km for better performance.
Probably like 4 to 5k kms. But do check the oil level aftr 3k kms

U should stick to manufactures grade ….but u can use fully synthetic oil to improve performance and mileage
