I've been looking for this track for a few months now. Someone finally pointed it out to be as it was being used as a background track for a youtube streamer. Damn it's so good.
Me, too. I discovered it on Apple Music where apparently someone had swiped it and put it up under the name "Música para Corrida" ("Music for Running" in Portuguese. It had been attributed to an artist called 'Chansons Instrumentales" ("Instrumental Songs"). One day it disappeared along with everything listed by that artist. No other explanation than "This track is no longer available in your region." So very glad to have found this again.
