Aloha Sarah, I saw your tiktok on CZcams. The jab is evil and has caused many a myriad of problems. I would start by repenting to God that you took it in the first place. I am sure you took it for what seemed like a good reason, but that does not change what it is; beyond being toxic, it is a step in the direction of the mark of the beast.
