It’s so refreshing to see a minimal pre-trip haul! I understand purchasing new items is such a crucial part of being a content creator, but it’s so easy to get carried away by purchasing things that don’t have many realistic uses beyond the Disney trips (I am admittedly guilty of doing this at times 😅).
As long as you can squeeze it into the bag sizer at the gate if they ask you to do that you will be good. 👌🏼 All depends on the gate agent. 🤪
Maybe if I throw a jacket over the bag and walk up confidently, they won’t think twice 😂

I use the same charger case, I LOVE it! It slips into my carry on/park bag so easily and there is a slot for my rechargeable battery too. Makes life so easy!

I would totally risk it. Worst case, they make you pay, you save the receipt, do your review and write off the baggage fee! I’m not a professional but I’d assume that would be considered a business expense.

I can vouch for the stroller handle. We had a Maclaren stroller that had a handle on the side. I cued my little one to hold the handle during that "transition" stage. Worked like a charm!!!
She is a teen now and we just returned from an overseas trip. I had purchased the small Amazon tech bag for all the cords and chargers. Small enough to stash in a small backpack pocket and kept everything organized.
I have used that exact bag as my carry on for a delta flight. It fit under my seat perfectly. It was not stuffed full though. I would risk it so you would know if it works for you or not
I have the mini weekender. It’s a great bag but I always fly carry on only. It was too big to fit under the seat without taking the shoe compartment off (on Hawaiian coach). It might be ok with an extra legroom seat. It’s also very heavy and I wouldn’t take it without having a carryon roller with me. My next trip I’m taking my beis carry on roller and beis backpack instead. I will only use the mini weekender on car trips.
I have the exact mini version of that bag and the quality is SO good! I don’t own the normal size, but I would say that when I used my mini as a personal item that that was the perfect size! I would more so worry about is how HEAVY the bag gets if you don’t have it attached to a carry on luggage 😭 It’s absolutely doable, but know that it can get heavy!

I’m in the same boat as you! I’ll be going to Disney for just one night and booked a basic flight. I think my weekender bag is probably too big so I’m most likely going with a backpack and I’m not 100% sure how I’m going to fit everything 😂
Yes! 😂 A carry-on is way too much for 1 night, but finding the right personal item is tough. Plus a carry-on charge would cost more than my flight hahah.
Honestly, it depends on the agent you get at the airport. I brought a carry on backpack and wasn't charged for it when I was going to my destination, but going back home, I was charged and it was the same airline. It's a gamble.

I took my weekender bag on Spirit and had no issues but it definitely did not fit in the personal bag cage. However, my Vera Bradley weekender did measure within the dimensions before I stuffed it. I think the key is act like you know what you are doing but be nice and no one will question you.

What I have found is if I fly Frontier they are little stricter than Southwest. I would say to be less stressful use a smaller bag😊

I got the Beis weekender mini size in pink and in the slate color. When I actually used it, it’s TOO HEAvy!!😅 I did not like it. It’s cute but soooo heavy. Then the stitching unraveled on one after one use and then The metal started scratching and tarnishing after one road trip on the other. I ended up returning them … they’re still so cute but I don’t think it’s actually that functional for the price. It’s sooo heavy. I got the sams club weekender that looks exactly the same for $50 and kept that but I returned the Beis ones. I can’t get over how heavy it is. Cute tho for sure! I would do mini for personal items tho. It’s still super big. I prefer other personal item bags after experiencing Beis.

I don't ever attempt a personal item bag that's larger. I fly frontier alot and they always stop me to size my bag that does fit 🤦♀️ atleast I win haha
I think I’m going to play it safe 🤪 I don’t want the anxiety of being bag checked and it not fitting 😆
Take the smaller bag or you will lose the savings of your value priced flight😊
That’s what I’m leaning towards 🤪 The cost of a carry-on both ways would triple the cost of my flight.
Do you tell your daughter ahead of time for Disney or surprise her?
