86 Celtics or the field as best team?
Love your channel brother I've been a Celtics fan all my life so I'm a little biased but that team I watched with my own two eyes I just wish they had got to play the Lakers that year to validate it even more but for that season there's not a team that's ever played that could beat that team four out of seven I just wish the Lakers have got to the finals that year so they could have absolutely destroyed the Lakers I honestly believe they would have beat the Lakers worse than they did to rockets they lost two to the rockets in the finals but they didn't take the rockets that serious because they knew they was going to beat them it was a young Elijah won and they just wasn't able to play with that Boston team but the Lakers Boston would have took deadly serious because the year before Boston should have been going for a three-pee because an 85 Boston was the best team in the NBA in '85 but they blew it against the Lakers in the finals after winning game 1 in the memorial day massacre by 34 points
@@BruceWayne-ri4wr thank you bro! Thank you so much for sharing! I wish it was the Lakers instead of Rockets with that buzzer beater shot lol
Think this video also shoes how under appreciated Dennis Johnson was.. he was a great player. One of the best perimeter defenders of his day.. his hands were lightning quick.
Facts! He was a finals MVP for SuperSonics as well! Magic was like the only person who could rip the ball out of his hands was DJ! May be rest in peace! Him and Bird’s chemistry was awesome to watch!
I love your breakdown of the vid.....it was spot on . A team with chemistry is always hard to beat !!!
Thank you! Yes it is! I agree 100%
DJ is very underrated. He was a good player on a team full of good players, led by the best player ever. Winning combination. Some people just don't get the recognition that they should, DJ is one. Elgin Baylor also comes to mind, but that is another story. Best NBA team 1986 Celtics. But, best pro basketball team ever (if you go by wins)? Edmonton Grads. 1915-1940 502 wins and 20 losses.
Who was the only Dream Team member to hold his hand over heart in gold medal ceremony - Larry
Robert Parish/Larry Bird/Kevin McHale/Dennis Johnson/Danny Ainge/ Bill Walton

Great job brother👏🏼 you made a really good video even better keep up the good work👍🏼
Thank you!! I really appreciate it!!!
I am old enough to have watched the exceptional passing back then. It was so entertaining and the absolute skill and teamwork was incredible. I think that’s why today’s play isn’t as much fun for me.
Danny Ainge the greatest all around athlete to ever play high school or college sports..PERIOD... look him up
Oh yeah he played football, basketball, and baseball! He was a great athlete! I seen his highlights and accomplishments in high school! He was incredible!
I LOVE Danny Ainge 😊
Bird has said that DJ was the best player he ever played with.
Yes he did! I remember! He said it while playing ! Greatness of DJ
Great reaction just subscribed keep going brother keep up the good work can't wait for the next one 👍 by the way go celtics
Thank you very much!!! For sure!! Bleed green!!
@@ItzJustJP your welcome I will bleed green till I die
The 1986 Celtics roster included 5 future Hall of Fame members: Larry Bird, Kevin Mchale, Robert Parrish, Dennis Johnson, and Bill Walton. If not the best team, at least in the top 5.
Their chemistry was amazing! The way they were passing! Facts! 5 hall of famers like you said! Top 5 for sure!
To me, you don’t get any better than the 86 Celtics, or Larry Bird.
Great team! Love how they played the game
Bill Walton to the Celtics was like OBJ to the LA Rams!
Yep pretty much!
Commenting for the algo, like your channel and want to get it out there. Plus the Making the Case series is one of the best imho.
Thank you! Yeah he does a great job with the series!
Excellent reaction! This team is certainly in the conversation. However, one mistake the video made was that the 1972-73 Celtics had a better record. They were 68-14.
Ahhh that is right!!! Thank you for the clearance!!! Hondo, White, Cowens! That team was loaded!

We had a great coach. The late KC Jones. He was a great player and coach.
Yes he was! RIP!
wonder why this video is so choppy, ive seen it before it usually plays well...
Idk either lol
I would rank the 1986 Celtics ahead of the 2008 Celtics the 1986 Celtics was a better team far more impressive championship run
