I think Musella Dembech and canada's Rudolph Papradi are best tailors I have seen. Both smaller company compared to like Anderson's or something. But these two, you can tell they started from early age, and was their family lively hood type thing. These types of things can not be speed up, so a larger shop wouldn't do any good.
