Madras High Court Seeks Report On Health Condition Of Youtuber Savukku Shankar Amidst Custodial

The Madras High Court has called for a report from the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore regarding the health condition of CZcamsr Savukku Shankar amid allegations of custodial torture. The vacation bench of Justice AD Jagadish Chandira and Justice R Kalaimathi directed the authority to submit a report by 9th May 2024 after being informed that the DLSA had deputed three empanelled lawyers and a specialist doctor to check Shankar's health. The bench gave the direction on a habeas corpus petition filed by Shankar's mother, A Kamala seeking a judicial inquiry into the alleged custodial torture meted out to Shankar and to give him adequate medical treatment in a government hospital.

For example if I am 53 years old, running a private company with 12 female employees and 5 male employees. I take it that Shankar is accusing me in that interview that I am the managing director of the company and that one or more female employees are falling in love with me only for promotion and not because I am handsome. In this case, if one of my employees files a case against Shankar for humiliating all the female employees, how does it apply? Shankar clearly said (that they love him). I hope only the staff who loved me can file a case that Shankar has humiliatted her true love towards me.
