  • Welcome to Aziz Drives, where today we’re putting the 2024 VW Tiguan, now in its third generation, through its paces to see if it lives up to the hype. This latest iteration of Volkswagen’s best-selling mid-class SUV has undergone significant changes, not just in aesthetics but in technology and performance. Join us as we explore the driving dynamics, comfort, and efficiency of this newly revamped Tiguan.
A New Era of Design and Performance
The 2024 VW Tiguan stands on the cutting-edge MQB EVO platform, sharing its core with the likes of the Passat and the upcoming Golf. This foundational shift means a complete redesign from the ground up, resulting in a vehicle that’s not only more efficient but also more dynamic in its drive. With a drag coefficient of 0.28, it boasts better aerodynamics than a Porsche 911, enhancing both its performance and fuel efficiency.
    Advanced Lighting and Aerodynamics
The Tiguan’s new IQ.M Matrix LED headlights and IQ Light system not only enhance visibility but also contribute to its sleek design. These adaptive lights, with 19,200 LED cells, ensure optimal illumination without dazzling oncoming traffic. The vehicle’s redesigned bonnet and rear mirrors further improve aerodynamics, making for a quieter and more fuel-efficient ride.
    Comfort and Technology Redefined
Inside, the Tiguan has undergone a transformation, offering a more luxurious and technologically advanced driving experience. A 15-inch main screen and digital speedometer replace outdated interfaces, while physical buttons return to the steering wheel for improved usability. The Tiguan also introduces new driving and interior modes, adjustable via a novel control system, enhancing both comfort and driveability.
    Driving Impressions: Power and Efficiency
On the road, the Tiguan impresses with its comfortable and silent ride, thanks to its advanced DCC Drive control and diverse engine options. From the 193 horsepower diesel engine to the potent 270 horsepower 2L TSI engine, the Tiguan offers a range of powertrains to suit different driving needs. Our test drive focuses on the diesel variant, notable for its balance of power and efficiency, achieving an impressive fuel economy of 5.6 L/100km on a journey from Nice to Monaco.
    Practicality Meets Innovation
The Tiguan’s practicality is enhanced by features like a massaging function in the seats, Harman Kardon sound system, and a cooling function that sets new standards for comfort. Its towing capacity of 2.3 tons and spacious interior make it an ideal choice for families and adventurers alike.
    Conclusion
The 2024 VW Tiguan represents a significant leap forward for Volkswagen, combining premium features, advanced technology, and practical design into a compelling package. It’s a vehicle that appeals to both the heart and the mind, offering something for everyone from the daily commuter to the adventure-seeking family.

Aziz this is a very good and very, very honest review. But i really wish if you should go the extra mile of showing people the underbody of the car, just to show your followers how robust the underbody suspension is made of. Also we hope to see you drive offroad and night drive or possible how it drives in pouring rain. By the way am a heavy duty truck driver doing long distances.

Hello Aziz! You have a nice video views about cars. 7.3 seconds for downhill accelerate. I think it's 8+ seconds for a flat road accelerate. Am I right?

Stop talking shit about French driver .
I’ve been living in Middle East or driven in Germany and there is literally a jungle on the road in Middle East and crazy drivers in Germany . So don’t talk crap about how we drive please to make you sounds well travelled or interesting. It’s 10 times more civilized in here than your home country probably .
I think I’ve been overtaken through the right maybe 5 times in my whole life in France . You make it sound like it happen every minute.

He’s 100% . Most French drivers are overly aggressive and arrogant . They tailgate , don’t let you pass and use horns like it’s a signal light . I live in Canada and travelled to Germany , Dubai , france , UK , US , and Japan. And by far the most impatient drivers are from france . Don’t be mad at truth
