My ranking based on experience (they are better than most waves tbh): 1. Wii Rainbow Road - I mean, what did we expect lol? While they did take away the crazy shortcuts, it overall just plays so well and better in anti-gravity, not to mention they kept things like the meteoric fall animation and the components that made it one of the best rainbow roads. Definitely a banger of a track. 2. Piranha Plant Cove - This one very much impressed me for a water track, with great short cuts, great scenery and I love how each lap makes it feel like a new track each time. Definitely one of the best non-city tracks from tour. 3/4. SNES Bowser Castle 3 - Now this was a fantastic glow up, with the track looking incredible and the anti-gravity adding a fantastic action packed feel to it. It is however let down by it just being short. 3/4. DK Mountain - Always was a fun and fantastic track, which not only looks good now but it also kept the great end shortcut. I just think however the other tracks in this wave outshine it just barely (This and Bowser Castle 3 could swap places). 5. Madrid Drive - It is better than Rome with aesthetics and many more enemies to dodge, not to mention each lap feels memorable. It is however still not better than the likes of Athens Dash or Vancouver Velocity though. 6. Rome Avanti - It's a pretty great tour track with great turns and great aesthetics, but I feel like other tour tracks outclass it. 7. Rosalina's Ice World - Quite a good ice track, but it just doesn't compare to the tracks above. 8. Daisy Circuit - Fun track, but as it's a circuit, its simplicity therefore lets it down.

Yo Swiftjar, I’m not much of commenter but I’ve been along for the ride since the very beginning of the BCP and I just wanna say thanks, your content definitely enhanced the experience and it was a hell of a ride Remember back in the day when we thought the only Wii tracks left were Koopa Cape and Rainbow Road? not really, it felt dry with mario content, im glad we’re finally getting so much mario content now. Everytime my friend and I played the new wave, we’d play it for a week then get bored of this game and don’t touch it for another few months.
Fantastic video, as usual, brother. Sound basis for your rankings. Wave 4 narrowly beats out Wave 6 for me as well, but dang, this is a superb wave. My track rankings: S Tier: Wii Rainbow Road, DK Mountain, Piranha Plant Cove A+ Tier: SNES Bowser Castle 3, Madrid Drive A Tier: Rome Avanti B Tier: Rosalina's Ice World, Daisy Circuit I'm glad we finally got a retro Bowser Castle--and done right! Maybe a hot take, but me thinks some players are reflexively putting BC3 in S Tier in part because of it being long overdue and welcomed. I really like the track--obvs considering my ranking--but parts of it feel a bit empty with a lack of obstacles. Don't hate me, lol. Looking forward to more videos! I'll view your Wonder world rankings once I tackle that game, which is next on my list. Cheers!
I can think of one video Idea that can be considered a part 7 to this tier list series. a tier list video on all 96 courses to see where the whole Booster Course Pass stacks up against the original 48 courses of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
This video is some fine work Swifty. Great list and love your reasonings. I've never heard you once speak bad about a course. I think that shows a lot about your personality always looking at the good rather than the bad.
I think wave 6 was a great note to end on. The jukebox, characters, and mii costumes were welcome additions. My character ranking: 4. Peachette - She feels a little redundant, but I'll always take more options. 3. Diddy Kong - I love the little guy even if I think his voice sounds like energetic than usual. 2. Funky Kong - He's as hype as ever, and I love his animations. 1. Pauline: Seeing Pauline in a console Mario Kart is a dream come true, and she looks gorgeous. My track ranking: 8. Daisy Circuit: This is probably the weakest track of the wave. I love the sunset and the dash panels around the lighthouse, but it's pretty forgettable. 7. Madrid Drive: This is definitely one of the weaker city tracks. The wigglers in the city square and the goomba shoes in the soccer arena are the only highlights for me. 6. Rome Avanti: I really like the unique enemies in this one. It's cool seeing rocky wrenches and fuzzies in a Mario Kart track. Plus, I tend to prefer city tracks set at night. Other than that, it's an above average city track. 5. Rosalina's Ice World: This track looks and sounds better than ever. I've always loved the icicle cave section, and the added ramp at the end offers more shortcut potential. 4. Piranha Plant Cove: I love the Atlantis vibes, and this one has a lot of enemy variety with thwomps, morays, clams, and piranhas. Each lap feels distinct. My only complaint is the music is subpar. 3. Bowser Castle 3: My goodness, this track got quite the glow-up. This is the best looking SNES remake ever. I really like the metallic ramps and the dry piranhas, and the upward path on the walls is a tricky way to snag some extra items. 2. Wii Rainbow Road: I love all of the boost panels and the cannon plus the two circles, but this track feels more repetitive than the N64 and 3DS versions. 1. DK Mountain: This track has always been one of my favorites, and this new incarnation doesn't disappoint. It looks stunning, and the bridge continues to give me PTSD.

Wii Rainbow Road My top 5 was loaded with 5 tracks in my top 15 in the game. They were that good. Even the bottom three are quite solid tracks in my book.
Great video swiftjar definitely one of your best😊 I pretty much agree with all of your ranking placements for wave 6, it’s personally been my favourite wave. Rainbow road is my favourite followed by DK mountain then BC 3. Quite sad that this is probably the last new content we will get for 8 deluxe,but I’m sure the next Mario kart isn’t too far off😊

I can’t believe a SNES Bowser’s Castle is one of my favourite tracks in the whole game 🤪 we played the new tracks for the first time last night, I couldn’t understand why they’d use a SNES Bowser’s Castle but WOW, I was blown away, they really outdid themselves, it’s a gorgeous and super fun track!
I'm still shocked that kalimari desert stayed in s-tier, yes it was a big surprise to drive on the train tracks when it released. But after more than a year the track got reallyn stale and I would take many other tracks in the dlc above kalimari desert
@Swiftjar You know what's peculiar about Daisy Circuit? There was supposed to be sections where headlights & tail lights turn on, but there are not any.
This was an amazing Wave in general, for my my ranking is Tour Madrid Drive - My favorite City, and the route feels natural and the music is the best Wii Rainbow Road - The highlight of the wave, great track in general and great way to end the pass SNES Bowser Castle 3 - AMAZING Remix!! everything is just great Piranha Plant Cove - Like it a lot, a good example of a good water track Tour Rome Avanti - Love the scenary but some turns becomes really weird to take 3DS Rosalina's Ice World - Its a fine course, good theme and music GCN DK Mountain - Im not a big fan, the track is not that interesting (I prefer DK Summit) and the music very repetitive, don't understand the hype and I would have prefered Dino Dino Jungle Wii Daisy Circuit . The weakest of the pack, looks fine but its not that interesting
I wish that nintendo would add an option to race 96 races in a row so we can do them all including the base game in one sitting bc then we would be able to get a score of 1440 points
All the dlc is great, however some quality inconsistencies eg: toad circuit, mario circuit 3 (especially compared to Bowser castle 3) are somewhat glaring. But been a fun ride.
Honestly, all of the tracks for this final wave pleased me more than any other wave released. None of them are below a B-Tier, or even an A-Tier, as they all impressed me without any major complaints. I consider it even better than Wave 4, as tracks like SNES Bowser Castle 3 just made me feel absolutely proud, especially Wii Rainbow Road, which is a really good conclusion to a nearly 10 year old game. Thank you Swiftjar, I really appreciate you for covering the DLC in its entirety, and hoping for a new era of Mario Kart that goes above and beyond to keep pleasing fans for as long as it can. 😄

If i were to rank this it would be 8. Daisy circuit B yes the only B 7. Ice world A 6. Rome avanti high A 5. Dk mountain S 4. SNES bc3 S 3. PPC S 2. Madrid High S And 1 of course is wii rr high S or S+. This goes to show how amazing this wave was
Well, this is the end. I have loved this comparion series ever since the Booster Course Pass was announced. They have been such a treat over the past 2 years. Thank you to the Mario Kart 8 Team and this channel!
Two small corrections: - Tour is Mario Kart 9. The next game will be Mario Kart 10 - The final track of the next game will probably be GBA Rainbow Road instead of DS
Honestly, the only things I would REALLY change of the BCP as whole: 1)Replace 3ds Toad Circuit with 3ds Shy Guy Bazaar (if they wanted a simple track to start off, that one was much better); 2)Replace SNES Mario Circuit 3 with GBA Luigi Circuit (I honestly feel that one was far more deserving to be in the game and much better); 3)REPLACE DS MARIO CIRCUIT WITH FREAKING AIRSHIP FORTRESS (WHY!?!?!) Otherwhise, I was really satisfied with the DLC. The biggest absences for me were actually Wii Toad Factory, the Wuhu Tracks and DS Airship Fortress. But I didn't mention the first two and chosen other tracks because given they weren't in Tour I never hoped for their return (and I said the more fitting tracks for those positions that were in Tour instead), unlike Airship Fortress...
While it may be the end of the Booster Course Pass it might not be the end of new DLC as you never know we just might get the remaining non costume Tour characters and some new kart parts from Tour at some point the possibility is still there however small and unlikely it may be.
Madrid Drive is now my favorite Tour city track overtaking Amsterdam. I never had any hype cause I'm not all that excited about Spain. Sunny days and footballs are both things I don't really enjoy. I prefer slight breezes on mildly warm days and don't care for sports, but it really felt like you were exploring the city in this unlike LA Laps for example where it kind of just felt like you were driving through Mario version of GTA V.
Yea, I’ve got some things to respectfully disagree with, for one, Rosalina ice world goes all the way down the list for me and Madrid goes very high up the list for me, RIW I’d put in like c or d and Madrid I’d put in like A or S

This was definitely my favorite wave. The “worst” course, daisy circuit, is B tier for me… yep, the worst course is B tier, better than most of the courses in wave 1 😂 It’s gonna be sad having no new waves to wait for. I personally love MK8D and hope the continue to update it!
Despite me being late to the game mostly since I’ve wanted Diddy Kong playable since 2014, I’ve definitely enjoyed Wave 6 and especially lovely to see Mario Kart Tour get a Staff Roll through 8DX
I still can't not 🚫 believe that the BCP is finally finished. I remember playing Mario Kart 8 at camp. One of the camp counselors had a Switch. I played the Leaf cup.

yea this is my favorite wave for me wave 4 is second. this wave had my personal favorite track of all time wii rainbow road and although i acually still prefer the wii version. This one is a lot more suited for the modern age and i like it.

Helloooooo! I had an idea for a video and I would love to see you bring it to life. Now that we have all 48 DLC tracks, i think it would be fun if you reordered them and made your ‘ideal’ cups! Some waves are weaker than others so it’d nice to see how you can rework the tracks to make solid, more consistent waves across the board. I hope you see this comment!
Waves 4 & 6 are my favorite Waves also ive been using Funky Kong i used him to finish getting a star on all the original cups in Mirror mode and unloced the gold kart and im currently using him while racing on all of the courses in the Booster Course Pass on 150cc currently at my favorite course in the game Yoshi's Island. Also i still can't believe we got every character from Mario Kart Wii and 11 of the 16 courses from Mario kart Wii in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe guess a alternate name for this game can be Mario Kart Wii 2 lol 😂
This wave is easily the best one yet. Amazing tracks, consistent visuals, banger remixes, and amazing characters. What an amazing end to an amazing DLC. In terms of ranking, I'd rank them like this: 1. GCN DK Mountain *Has been my favorite track ever since the Wii days and man was this remake amazing* 2. Wii Rainbow Road *What an epic remake of the original and a fitting end to the DLC* 3. Tour Rome Avanti *Most likely my favorite city track. The routes just feel so good, this should've been in Spiny* 4. SNES Bowser Castle 3 *Wow a SNES track with good visuals, elevation, and a banger remix? Who would've thought* 5. 3DS Rosalina's Ice World *A calm yet chaotic track. Definitely underrated and deserving of a slot* 6. Tour Madrid Drive *Good city but the route order is pretty bad. Imo L1 was the best, L2 was easily the worst, and L3 is good but short* 7. Wii Daisy Circuit *A simple but fun track. Always have loved this one and its remake is faithful and fun* 8. Piranha Plant Cove *Oh boy do I have a lot to say about this one. I never thought I'd say this, but the Tour version of this track is better. I love Cove in Tour, but here it feels so big, long, and some sections just feel empty. Imo the 2nd worst nitro track and a pretty disappointing way to end the nitro selection if you ask me* I really enjoy the characters, but I think wave 5 had more unique and fun characters.
I really love merry mountain, however, I feel on a laps final stretch it's just too plain to shoot it all the way up to top 3 tracks of the dlc. It's just an open straightaway with nothing else. Also, Wii rainbow road is awesome, and a perfect ending to the dlc, but it's a tad overrated and it's an easier rainbow road track.
I think this was a pretty good end to the DLC even if I am still really weirded out by them cutting piranha plant pipeline. My least favorite track is by far DK mountain and I know that’s a hot take but I just really don’t like it. It’s so boring and it feels like it lasts for five hours. My favorite track is surprisingly Rosalina’s ice world. I played Mario kart 7 and I always thought that track was just ok but for whatever reason I really like it now
I didn't think the Booster Course Pass got good until wave 4 where they started adding characters. Wave 6 is my favorite because of Diddy Kong and DK Mountain is my favorite Double Dash course. Wii Rainbow Road is also nostalgic.
My Intitial Reactions: 1: S - Wii Rainbow Road - This track is stunning and a fantastic remake, no real complaints at-all. 2: S - DK Mountain - Probably the best version of this track honestly, the scale feels awesome and like it's an actual mountain, don't love the bridge at the end though. 3: A - Rosalina's Ice World - Way better than expected, I didn't care for it in Mario Kart 7 but this version looks amazing and is fun to play. 4: A - Bowser Castle 3 - Short but sweet, wish there was more bowser castle tracks in the pass but this track is great fun! 5: B+ - Rome Avanti - Very pretty and varied, might upgrade to A tier but it is easy to mess up and crash into stuff online 6: B - Piranha Plant Cove - Better than Sky High Sundae but not as interesting as the other original tracks. 7: B - Madrid Drive - Good but very samey to other city tracks 8: C - Daisy Circuit - Pretty lame as expected, I wish this slot was Airship Fortress instead
@@steady_94It’s a tech strat that competitive players use. Meaning in an easier sense, I can bag the powerful items at the lower ranking, then not wanting to use the item until I’m at places 1st-4th. After Wave 6, bagging is now more difficult but competitors found other ways.
I like Toad Circuit. Just because the graphics are lower quality than others doesn’t mean it’s not good. Now that we have BCP tracks that are pretty much on par with the near-lifelike ones in the base game, why pick on a basic course that’s not causing any harm? At least give it D rather than singling out as the only “bad” track.
What a journey the booster course pass has been....it still feels like it was yesterday that wave 1 was first reveled.... And you know what? I cannot be upset with what we got in the booster course pass. I mean we were only promised 48 new tracks in the beginning...but we got so much more on top of that! 8 new characters. 17 new mii costumes. A music player. Custom items for VS mode. Nintendo really went all out for us....and i couldn't be more thankful for all they've given us these past 2 years. I doubt the next mario kart will live up to how incredible deluxe is kinda like how if there's another smash game then it won't be as insane as ultimate...but i know the next mario kart will still be a great time. Thank you mario kart 8...for so many years of fun times.
Let's be real, rainbow road is F tier. It looks cool, but they removed any challenge from this track! It's very hard to fall off now and just plays like a linear track with nothing exciting going on. It's not the fast test of skill it was on Wii, and I don't feel it was worth a bcp slot. The other tracks here are good, but strangely not rainbow road. Maybe it's the large amount of hype? But it just feels bland.

In my mind, Wave 6 is a nice finale to Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe as a whole. It has been such a fun ride!

not really, it felt dry with mario content, im glad we’re finally getting so much mario content now. Everytime my friend and I played the new wave, we’d play it for a week then get bored of this game and don’t touch it for another few months.

I'm glad we finally got a retro Bowser Castle--and done right! Maybe a hot take, but me thinks some players are reflexively putting BC3 in S Tier in part because of it being long overdue and welcomed. I really like the track--obvs considering my ranking--but parts of it feel a bit empty with a lack of obstacles. Don't hate me, lol.

I can think of one video Idea that can be considered a part 7 to this tier list series. a tier list video on all 96 courses to see where the whole Booster Course Pass stacks up against the original 48 courses of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
This video is some fine work Swifty. Great list and love your reasonings. I've never heard you once speak bad about a course. I think that shows a lot about your personality always looking at the good rather than the bad.

I think wave 6 was a great note to end on. The jukebox, characters, and mii costumes were welcome additions.

4. Peachette - She feels a little redundant, but I'll always take more options.
3. Diddy Kong - I love the little guy even if I think his voice sounds like energetic than usual.
2. Funky Kong - He's as hype as ever, and I love his animations.
1. Pauline: Seeing Pauline in a console Mario Kart is a dream come true, and she looks gorgeous.
My track ranking:
8. Daisy Circuit: This is probably the weakest track of the wave. I love the sunset and the dash panels around the lighthouse, but it's pretty forgettable.
7. Madrid Drive: This is definitely one of the weaker city tracks. The wigglers in the city square and the goomba shoes in the soccer arena are the only highlights for me.
6. Rome Avanti: I really like the unique enemies in this one. It's cool seeing rocky wrenches and fuzzies in a Mario Kart track. Plus, I tend to prefer city tracks set at night. Other than that, it's an above average city track.
5. Rosalina's Ice World: This track looks and sounds better than ever. I've always loved the icicle cave section, and the added ramp at the end offers more shortcut potential.
4. Piranha Plant Cove: I love the Atlantis vibes, and this one has a lot of enemy variety with thwomps, morays, clams, and piranhas. Each lap feels distinct. My only complaint is the music is subpar.
3. Bowser Castle 3: My goodness, this track got quite the glow-up. This is the best looking SNES remake ever. I really like the metallic ramps and the dry piranhas, and the upward path on the walls is a tricky way to snag some extra items.
2. Wii Rainbow Road: I love all of the boost panels and the cannon plus the two circles, but this track feels more repetitive than the N64 and 3DS versions.
1. DK Mountain: This track has always been one of my favorites, and this new incarnation doesn't disappoint. It looks stunning, and the bridge continues to give me PTSD.

I can’t believe a SNES Bowser’s Castle is one of my favourite tracks in the whole game 🤪 we played the new tracks for the first time last night, I couldn’t understand why they’d use a SNES Bowser’s Castle but WOW, I was blown away, they really outdid themselves, it’s a gorgeous and super fun track!

I'm still shocked that kalimari desert stayed in s-tier, yes it was a big surprise to drive on the train tracks when it released. But after more than a year the track got reallyn stale and I would take many other tracks in the dlc above kalimari desert

Piranha Plant Cove - Like it a lot, a good example of a good water track
Tour Rome Avanti - Love the scenary but some turns becomes really weird to take
3DS Rosalina's Ice World - Its a fine course, good theme and music
GCN DK Mountain - Im not a big fan, the track is not that interesting (I prefer DK Summit) and the music very repetitive, don't understand the hype and I would have prefered Dino Dino Jungle
Wii Daisy Circuit . The weakest of the pack, looks fine but its not that interesting
I wish that nintendo would add an option to race 96 races in a row so we can do them all including the base game in one sitting bc then we would be able to get a score of 1440 points

All the dlc is great, however some quality inconsistencies eg: toad circuit, mario circuit 3 (especially compared to Bowser castle 3) are somewhat glaring. But been a fun ride.
Honestly, all of the tracks for this final wave pleased me more than any other wave released.
None of them are below a B-Tier, or even an A-Tier, as they all impressed me without any major complaints.
I consider it even better than Wave 4, as tracks like SNES Bowser Castle 3 just made me feel absolutely proud, especially Wii Rainbow Road, which is a really good conclusion to a nearly 10 year old game.

Honestly, the only things I would REALLY change of the BCP as whole:
1)Replace 3ds Toad Circuit with 3ds Shy Guy Bazaar (if they wanted a simple track to start off, that one was much better);
2)Replace SNES Mario Circuit 3 with GBA Luigi Circuit (I honestly feel that one was far more deserving to be in the game and much better);
3)REPLACE DS MARIO CIRCUIT WITH FREAKING AIRSHIP FORTRESS (WHY!?!?!)
Otherwhise, I was really satisfied with the DLC. The biggest absences for me were actually Wii Toad Factory, the Wuhu Tracks and DS Airship Fortress. But I didn't mention the first two and chosen other tracks because given they weren't in Tour I never hoped for their return (and I said the more fitting tracks for those positions that were in Tour instead), unlike Airship Fortress...
While it may be the end of the Booster Course Pass it might not be the end of new DLC as you never know we just might get the remaining non costume Tour characters and some new kart parts from Tour at some point the possibility is still there however small and unlikely it may be.
Madrid Drive is now my favorite Tour city track overtaking Amsterdam. I never had any hype cause I'm not all that excited about Spain. Sunny days and footballs are both things I don't really enjoy. I prefer slight breezes on mildly warm days and don't care for sports, but it really felt like you were exploring the city in this unlike LA Laps for example where it kind of just felt like you were driving through Mario version of GTA V.
As much as I woulda loved for Madrid to be higher on your list, I’m satisfied to hear your acknowledgment of the best soundtrack in the series

yea this is my favorite wave for me wave 4 is second. this wave had my personal favorite track of all time wii rainbow road and although i acually still prefer the wii version. This one is a lot more suited for the modern age and i like it.

Helloooooo! I had an idea for a video and I would love to see you bring it to life. Now that we have all 48 DLC tracks, i think it would be fun if you reordered them and made your ‘ideal’ cups! Some waves are weaker than others so it’d nice to see how you can rework the tracks to make solid, more consistent waves across the board. I hope you see this comment!

Waves 4 & 6 are my favorite Waves also ive been using Funky Kong i used him to finish getting a star on all the original cups in Mirror mode and unloced the gold kart and im currently using him while racing on all of the courses in the Booster Course Pass on 150cc currently at my favorite course in the game Yoshi's Island. Also i still can't believe we got every character from Mario Kart Wii and 11 of the 16 courses from Mario kart Wii in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe guess a alternate name for this game can be Mario Kart Wii 2 lol 😂

This wave is easily the best one yet. Amazing tracks, consistent visuals, banger remixes, and amazing characters. What an amazing end to an amazing DLC.
In terms of ranking, I'd rank them like this:
1. GCN DK Mountain *Has been my favorite track ever since the Wii days and man was this remake amazing*
2. Wii Rainbow Road *What an epic remake of the original and a fitting end to the DLC*
3. Tour Rome Avanti *Most likely my favorite city track. The routes just feel so good, this should've been in Spiny*
4. SNES Bowser Castle 3 *Wow a SNES track with good visuals, elevation, and a banger remix? Who would've thought*
5. 3DS Rosalina's Ice World *A calm yet chaotic track. Definitely underrated and deserving of a slot*
6. Tour Madrid Drive *Good city but the route order is pretty bad. Imo L1 was the best, L2 was easily the worst, and L3 is good but short*
7. Wii Daisy Circuit *A simple but fun track. Always have loved this one and its remake is faithful and fun*
8. Piranha Plant Cove *Oh boy do I have a lot to say about this one. I never thought I'd say this, but the Tour version of this track is better. I love Cove in Tour, but here it feels so big, long, and some sections just feel empty. Imo the 2nd worst nitro track and a pretty disappointing way to end the nitro selection if you ask me*
I really enjoy the characters, but I think wave 5 had more unique and fun characters.

I really love merry mountain, however, I feel on a laps final stretch it's just too plain to shoot it all the way up to top 3 tracks of the dlc. It's just an open straightaway with nothing else. Also, Wii rainbow road is awesome, and a perfect ending to the dlc, but it's a tad overrated and it's an easier rainbow road track.

I think this was a pretty good end to the DLC even if I am still really weirded out by them cutting piranha plant pipeline. My least favorite track is by far DK mountain and I know that’s a hot take but I just really don’t like it. It’s so boring and it feels like it lasts for five hours. My favorite track is surprisingly Rosalina’s ice world. I played Mario kart 7 and I always thought that track was just ok but for whatever reason I really like it now

I didn't think the Booster Course Pass got good until wave 4 where they started adding characters. Wave 6 is my favorite because of Diddy Kong and DK Mountain is my favorite Double Dash course. Wii Rainbow Road is also nostalgic.
My Intitial Reactions:
1: S - Wii Rainbow Road - This track is stunning and a fantastic remake, no real complaints at-all.
2: S - DK Mountain - Probably the best version of this track honestly, the scale feels awesome and like it's an actual mountain, don't love the bridge at the end though.
3: A - Rosalina's Ice World - Way better than expected, I didn't care for it in Mario Kart 7 but this version looks amazing and is fun to play.
4: A - Bowser Castle 3 - Short but sweet, wish there was more bowser castle tracks in the pass but this track is great fun!
5: B+ - Rome Avanti - Very pretty and varied, might upgrade to A tier but it is easy to mess up and crash into stuff online
6: B - Piranha Plant Cove - Better than Sky High Sundae but not as interesting as the other original tracks.
7: B - Madrid Drive - Good but very samey to other city tracks
8: C - Daisy Circuit - Pretty lame as expected, I wish this slot was Airship Fortress instead

@@steady_94It’s a tech strat that competitive players use. Meaning in an easier sense, I can bag the powerful items at the lower ranking, then not wanting to use the item until I’m at places 1st-4th. After Wave 6, bagging is now more difficult but competitors found other ways.

I like Toad Circuit. Just because the graphics are lower quality than others doesn’t mean it’s not good. Now that we have BCP tracks that are pretty much on par with the near-lifelike ones in the base game, why pick on a basic course that’s not causing any harm? At least give it D rather than singling out as the only “bad” track.
What a journey the booster course pass has been....it still feels like it was yesterday that wave 1 was first reveled....

Let's be real, rainbow road is F tier. It looks cool, but they removed any challenge from this track! It's very hard to fall off now and just plays like a linear track with nothing exciting going on. It's not the fast test of skill it was on Wii, and I don't feel it was worth a bcp slot. The other tracks here are good, but strangely not rainbow road. Maybe it's the large amount of hype? But it just feels bland.
