Lyrics:
You fool no one, waiting to see if Im gone.
So hard to see you are taking your chances with me.
If I find you with some other man
You know what Im gonna do.
Better run if you see me comin, ah.
Soon you will fall, making mistakes like before.
When you tell me lies I can see by the look in your eyes.
If you think youre gonna take me for granted,
Chasin round with all you see,
Gonna make you live to regret it, ah.
You fool no one, waiting to see if Im gone.
So clear to see youve had all your chances with me.
You thought that you could take me for granted
But I couldnt take it no more.
Better run when you see me comin, ah. - Hudba
I absolutely love this intro. Paice kicks it off with that iconic drumbeat, then Ritchie comes in with that simple yet very effective guitar riff, then Hughes joins in on bass, and suddenly you realize that they are kicking ass!
I Deep Purple erano avanti almeno di 20 anni rispetto agli altri gruppi. La loro musica e ancora attuale nel mondo del rock. Forever Deep Purple
If there has ever been a better rock guitarist than Ritchie Blackmore then i have yet to see him Blackmore in his 70s prime was truly untouchable
Jimi Page both are insane
Best Strat tone I've ever heard!
Funny one of the best Purple tunes came after the classic line-up...but geez...Coverdale was an amazinh vocalist and Hughes an amaing musician in his own right. An epic moment in hard rock history that was mostly gone unnoticed. Some of the best Purple came from this period in my opinion...LOVE IT!!!
This is the all time best performance by Deep Purple. All band members are are firing on all cylinders. The best Concert of all time. Don’t get bored seeing this Concert time and time again. The best Deep Purple Line-Up of all time.
Incredible musicianship .... Glen's singing and playing bass just awesome , Paicey nothing less than brilliant and Blackmore, Lord and Coverdale just great ...
One of the BEST demonstrations of Richie Blackmore.... what a guy!!!!!!!
Guitar Excelence
3:33: it’s so unfortunate that the cameras were not showing Blackmore from the front at this moment. The clean-picked 16th notes segueing into the 16th triplets, and then into the arpeggio, are incredible. No one else in rock (with the possible exception of Uli Roth) was playing like this at that time. And to improvise it live, in front of 300,000 people, that’s just stunning.
Fuck hell yeah listening again and again and again in 2020, fuck since the 70's! Ian Paice a killer machine, best hard rock band ever period!
Ian Paice is simply brilliant on this song. And deserves way more credit for his ability to play the drums. He keeps perfect "PACE" not to mention his timing is perfect and
I love the way he plays the high hat and sounds like ? cow bell on this song.
My absolute favorite DP song
Blackmore's straight up blues playing is fantastic.
man,Ian Paice impressing me every day it passes...
well,a master is a master...
i rest my case
Undisputed professionals of rock - you have an overlapping melange of hard rock, blues, and classical music strung together in one track. You can also see how solo improvisations are expressed and yet snugly bound to the rest of the band's overall effort. Moreover, only true masters can get away with offhand drift of broken rhythmical tempoes without undermining the overall cohesion of the the whole team's music. A platinum masterpiece indeed!
PQP !!!! É de Arrepiar e Emocionar, bicho !! Rock and Roll de primeira ao vivo !!!
back in the day DEEP PURPLE WAS THE BEST!!!
greatest band in the world!
zeppelin is no1,but they are close
@@pipis920 hah, no kid
It doesn´t get much better than this, i tell you...
One of the best songs of one of the best rock bands of all times!!!
THAT IS MUSIC !!!!! RITCHIE BLACKMORE .....
his in fire like ever
I love his Strat he plays here... Really sad that it was stolen from his house back then.... I think this was the best sounding Strat he ever had...
I read that he himself thought that this was one of the best ones he had...
GOD BLESS RITCHIE !!!
That drum beat!
Love the drumming on this and those power chords
Damn it. This Purple’s Mark III was pure dynamite.
Fenomenal
Richie Blackmore hit the roof!!!!!!!!!
We need more cowbell!
Sensacional! Glenn Hughes baixo e backing vocals!
RIP Jon Lord, we'll miss you.
Hard-rock in its heydays - pure dynamite! No band can get close to these guys today. The hip-hop generation do kindergarten play compared to these guys.
right on ....
You can say that again! This is magic, pure magic!
Yes, literal dynamite... when the roadies put too much explosives in Ritchie's amps for the finale!...
this bluesly guitar solo blows me out !! they're Gods!
This is raw dynamite! These people are the living grand masters of rock. 5 x 5-star professionals. There's nothing like this to match today.
No me canso,uff,una pasada,una caña.GRANDES DEEP PURPLE!!!
One of my favourite D.P. songs! :))
The Best Purple i ever Seen !
I love the voice of Glenn Hughes
Ritchie to un chingonazo de la guitarra y sus virtudes. É l grupo tambien What a show ! CHINGONES! FUCKING GOOD, miss them and Rainbow , too.
Glenn Hughes what a voice. I think it's is the best combination with Coverdale. Stombringer, You fool no one, You keep on movin, The one you love, etc...
Fantasticos!!!!
This version of Deep Purple really hammered it on the stage..Burn is also just as awesome
Thanks Shotguy1 for posting this lesser known but classic Deep Purple song. Glenn Hughes and David Coverdale complement each other well on this one -- sort of reminds me of "I Feel Free" by Cream. Of course Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Paice and Jon Lord are great too.
Man the drummer and guitarists working hard!
the greatest guitar off all the time in Rock🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Great Richie Blackmore
Ritchie Blackmore may be a man of a few words..., but man! he speaks bloody well through his guitar: rock, classical, blues, all in one track..., from a warm-up tempo to a pause..., starts up again and he's back on top gear at break-neck speed...
Could have not said it better, people r just now in resent years realizing what we knew all along he's simply the best!
That Realy ROCKS!!!! Rock on forever Deep Purple
thats was truely an epic performance. Only true musicians can combine all those styles into one song ! dont see that these days eh ?
Simply Classic!!
Ritchie kills it!
I've been studying this performance for years and I've still not fully grasp it all.
Unbelievable ! love♥️♥️🔥🔥
How sweet is look a shy Coverdale on stage. I think it was the first and the last time.
Ritchie defined the playing of rock guitar :-)
So funny to watch that vocal battle between Huges and Coverdale each time live:)
I love all of Deep Purples mark line ups. Good but in different ways
BOM DEMAIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Una de las bandas pioneras ,junto con zepellin, fogath,y otras,música eterna, nunca dejará de oírse el rock,lo demás son modas,el rock permanecerá por siempre
Ho, ho, historyczny koncert...
Great song, great live performance, and actually good cameraman compared to what Deep Purple usually gets!
And I thought it was impossible enough to play the drumbeat with studio version tempo. This one is MUCH faster, just insane.
It's thrash....you can hear how they created it without trying.
@@anthonykrutis490 and you re just a programmed head kids of nowadays don't have enough manner
and this is the reason why he is the guitar god
Ritchie is superb
uwielbiam DEEP PURPLE
No one else than Ritchie could fool around for ten minutes in front of 125 000 people and get away with cheers and applause ;)
That's cos he was and still is the greatest guitar player ever !!
I think you could quadruple the 125,000
I saw Ian in Stockholm in a masters class ... he blew everyone away !!! pfffffff !!!!
Ritchie played School's Out at 5:24. Ian Paice, is a monster.
INSANE💯
Damn! This track is Timeless
DP the best for all time!
Amazing, way to go
Вот её DP всегда круто исполняли \m/
Ian. Paice.
A.men.
Bestial!
Fuck yes
He turns up at drum school, '' who are you son?''
The name is Paice, Ian Paice.
Fuck Yeah, on "Made in Europe" he is a killer machine, same as in this show in California!
man I always loved paices groove for that classic!.
Does anybody out there have footage of the"Live in Europe" Deep Purple show? The audio quality on that album was phenomenol!!
Purple MK3 on fire.
Eventually almost literally.
awesome song
he is The LORD!!!
powerful guitar Blackmore
I saw this CalJam on tv when I was a kid.
Like a well-oiled machine that's firing on all cylinders!!
It's basically thrash metal with incredible harmonies.....
Transmiten toda la adrenalina de los 15 años,
Plenty f'n cowbell on this one!
egyik kedvenc számom volt mindig :DDD
men with long hair...what a great time
AWESOME
thanks for uploading
Bom demais, 74 ainda permanece vivo.
Blackmore, the original Shreder.
Ian paice top number one internazionale.
Legend
Hey cameraman...did anybody tell you that Jon Lord is playing there too?
jordian me haha for real they never cued on him once and the only time he was in it they focused on Hughes!
cameraman that didn't like moustaches probably
Keyboardists tend to get ignored unless they sing...I have no idea how you could ignore the monster that was Lord!!! hahaha!!! I mean it's obvious even to the most dimwitted that he was a key collaborator to the entire show!!! Constant interplay and you ignored his massive presence...musta been old school grumpy cameraman guy who just wanted to go home away from those kids and their rock n roll!!!
They thought he was wearing too much denim 😂
@@jordianme1441 ))))))))!!!
I did see a cow wearing a high hat near the Paiste factory in Switzerland. Coincidence? :)
9:15 bueno y entonces nos quedamos en que estábamos tocando You fool no one XD jajajaja...
s au intrecut pe sine....rithie e genial
Вся любовь к рокутолько через них!!!
Ritchie is the best of ever
Mr Ian Paice and Richard Blackmore
Espetaculares los mejores de los anos 70 rapidos soncronisados y sicodelicos musicos de conserbatorios corre la monarquia en su sangre lord blackmor y pieces
I always thought the drummer Animal from the muppetts, was Ian Paice.
+chihawks2010 It is.
it's Philty Animal from Motorhead
Back in the day when network TV cameramen had no idea seeing the fretwork from the front was most important!
