Fantastic little video!! I followed this tutorial to a tee and completed the fluid refill perfectly 😊
Awesome video!
I just road my new Wolf King GT for first time and front break squeaks then completely lost back breaks after 10miles. This is a brand new order thus not sure why back break completely doesn’t work and front break squeaks. How could this happen with new $3k e-bike? Do u have any advice? Surely I wouldn’t need hydrologic fluid on first ride out? Thanks
for the "star shaped screwdriver" what torx bit do we need to use?
I've been doing this for 2 hours and the bubbles won't stop
Can one use the same kit we use on our MTB shimano brakes for this process?
😎👍... I got the gist of it. Thanks
Yeah screw that, I’m just undoing the lever screw and funneling in dot 3 brake fluid
Don't you need to insert the brake blocks into the calipers before you pump the levers?
Yes
How do I know when I need to do this?
when you can pull the lever all the way to the steering bar
does this need to be done on the kaabo wolf warrior 11+ ? If so how often ?
Hi! Thanks for watching the video!
Yes, for any scooters that come with hydraulic brakes, it will be necessary over time to refill and replace the hydraulic fluid. As to when you do the replacement, it depends on how much you use the scooter, but if you notice the brakes getting "squishy" or otherwise losing firmness when applying the brakes, that would be a good sign to refill them.
This is flushing the system and adding new complete liquid not top up and bleed there is a way simpler method especially if your disk and pads are fine to just bleed and top up! IMO that is!!
this is bad, you guys didnt put a brake block on the caliper, forgot to set the brake lever cylinder parallel to the floor, had too much oil coming out of the caliper after unscrewing.
Lmao. Bro, thats not how it works. Either you're really dumb or you're trolling because clearly the correct way of refilling the brake fluid is by following what this company is doing (Idk what happened I skipped 5 seasons of the anime) or by performing the sacred art of water breathing in order to conduct enough sunlight to power hamon in order to defeat Lilith from the hit anime Naruto Shippuden. This process can also be an alternate from the more harder process called "Toilet Bomb", which is conducted by taking the most humongous dump to ever exist and flood the entire area around you. Then, you must drink "Ksun: Cherry Bomb Flavor". Ignore the nutritional facts and then consume the entire can in the span of 5 seconds. Doing so you're granted the ability to not only successfully refill the brake fluids of motorcycles but also find the secret to Titans.
TL:DR
ur dum
What happens when you don't add a brake block?
@@mikekopm they hit the brake levers with no pads inside the calipers. The calipers can lock up to where you’ll never fit the pads inside ever again with out taking them apart. Which is probably what happened but was cut out
@@hyrulemasterchef9573 . Thanks!
i had this same problem when I tried to bleed mine. Oil kept coming out of the calipers. I ordered a proper bleed kit with a brake block so i can bleed my brakes properly now.
How much oil I have to put on ?
Hey Salvador,
Thanks for the comment! It depends on whether or not you're doing a brake bleed as well as a refill, as well as the feel of the brakes when trying to pump the brake levers. You also always want to make sure you're not getting anymore air bubbles coming up before sealing everything back up.
With the refill kits we sell here:www.voromotors.com/products/hydraulic-brake-refill-kit, while it always depends case-to-case, a good rule of thumb is to use maybe a little less than half of the bottle we provide.
Hope this helps! Feel free to reach back out if you have any more questions, we're always happy to help!
How often should this be a thing?
Only when brakes are squishy, not working properly.
When your brake levers start to go too far down to your handles. If there's barely any tension on the brake lever anymore, then it's time to bleed.
@@TheLondonCyclist mine came fresh out the box with no pressure in either brakes. But with the abs, they still seem to work fine.
Ok, i ordered the bleed kit and bled followed these instructions on my Roadruner 3.0, and it didnt help, i still have no rear brake! Unless im doing it wrong somehow, i think maybe either my rear caliper is bad or even the brake handle it self went bad. Pretty mad because scooter only has 300 miles on it. Any ideas?
What brake fluid is this? Is it dot4 or mineral oil
Definitely not Dot4, it will destroy this kit. Mineral oil ONLY.
Brilliant 😎
i cant seem to get any liquid pushed in with the syringe anyone know what the problem could be
Hey there, sorry to hear you're having this issue. Without being there in person, we might think either your brake line is already filled to the brim with fluid, or perhaps you're using the wrong syringe size, though there could be something else we're missing. Please feel free to reach out to our team at support@voromotors.com for further assistance! We'd be happy to help!
@@VoroMotors seems it was full already indeed and just had air in the lines, the real problem was i think that the adapter was not fully air sealed and had to put an extra ring on it, also you forgot to put in a plastic stopper for the brake caliper in the video 😄, anyway the video helped me allot in any case, thx.
We're so glad it helped! That's what it's there for.
Which one for a Kaabo Wolf King? 8mm or 10mm?
10mm generally!
How you know you need to replenish it ?
Whenever they start feeling spongy. I'm at about 1250 miles and just now looking into it.
Noooo mms!! Como voy a mirar cual tornillo removiste si tú p… manota no deja ver 🤦♂️
