Well, time for a trip to space- dock lol. Good hustle! Those Klingon torpedoes are scary but she held together very well. My only advice would be to make the shields twice as strong. May I make a viewer request for that video? Same battle but the Ambassador class has shields that are twice as strong? Pleaaaase?
They’re pretty strong already lol. Remember these are the large cruiser version of the bird of prey, not the more common scout version. And yeah those torpedoes are nasty 😁
Although labelled as B’Rel Birds of Prey those are more like K’vort class in aesthetic & performance. The Ambassador class struggled to beat two & a third would have tuned the tide against her. If possible I’d like to see the following battle. One Dominion battleship against a Starfleet squadron of ‘lost’ starships. My idea being that in desperation Starfleet throws in ships that were re-discovered & thought lost. Starfleet vessels would be; Nova class (Equinox) Intrepid class (Voyager) both somehow returned from the Delta quadrant together. Defiant class (Valiant) Red squad rescued & with Lt Tom Riker piloting. Constellation class (Stargazer or Hathaway) Excelsior class (Righteous from Star Trek: Borg) Q clicks his fingers! Soyuz/Miranda class (Bozeman) captain Bateman Ambassador class (Enterprise C) falls through a fold in time & shows up to give the desperate Starfleet a helping hand. Anyway those seven starships against a Dominion battleship would be interesting.
B'Rel is actually the correct name for them. The larger Bird's of Prey were called K'Vort's in the alternate timeline but were only mentioned by class once in the Prime Timeline: Worf called them B'Rel class in the episode "Rascals." To my knowledge the smaller scout version of the Bird of Prey was never called a B'Rel, just "Klingon Bird of Prey." I'm currently working on the Dominion Battleship, I'll record the above battle when its done 👍
it'd be a bit hard to find Bozeman; I know WE produced one at SFRD as part of a Miranda pack, and I think there might be one floating around, but this creator tends to use true stock only.

you're the only videoer I know that bothers using stockers or multifire at ALL. most people treat the ships like they're entirely fighters with only foreward weapons. also quite like the fact you actually utilise multifire settings for torpedoes and command switches from the keyboard like an old PC pro
Thank you! I don’t get it either, I play bridge commander to fly large cruisers not to dogfight. The automatic multi fire I use has been available for 20 years or more so I’m not sure why almost nobody else uses it

Thank you! Its my own mod (kind of). I was playing BC Remastered and started tinkering with a few aspects of it. That turned into months of tinkering and now I basically have my own version of Bridge Commander
I feel like the B’Rel's in this game are way too strong for what they are, if there was 3-4 then fair enough but 1 B’Rel seems almost as powerful as an excelsior, even if it is set in post DS9 so they have some upgrades the B’Rel is still a 50yr old ship with limited abilities, unless those are what's commonly called K’vort's then I take that back.
This is the larger version of the Bird of Prey, not the smaller and more common scout ship. It was known as the K'Vort class in an alternate timeline but Worf referred to it as the B'Rel class in TNG.
Nice battle. The ambassador is a good ship. I suspect some people underestimate it.
Its often portrayed as a fairly weak ship but I've always imagined it as sturdy and capable

Buff out those burn marks on the saucer section will take some time.
Do you make a special effort to hit absolutely every torpedo fired at you or are you just insanely lucky?!
Do you mean my hit rate against the Klingons or do I make an effort to get hit? 🤣

How are all your torpedoes landing? I haven't played the game in ages but I remember them missing small targets such as those Birds of Prey.
I improved their tracking ability. Its possible for smaller and more agile ships to dodge them but larger ships have to tank them
Shouldn't the Ambassador Class be able to pretty much one shot a BOP?
