I really like this spray out. I’ve been looking for something like this for a light blue color. I like the metal flake effect on the darker one. I give both a solid 5 for this. Many thanks for sharing this with us, Johnathan
WOW! The midnight blue really is great with the grape color shift pearl. I give the midnight blue a 5 out of 5.

I kinda like the transition between the light and dark on the same fender! But pearl always looks better on dark colours, IMHO.
Both colors look awesome. Guess i like the dark blue best so 5 on the dark blue 4 on the light blue
Amazinghow much difference that base coat makes in the final color. The light blue mostly looked metallic where the midnight blue would look purple at one angle and blue in another. Cool stuff.

Oasis almost looks lighter than spray out cause of its shimmer , but other color reminds me of GM plastic purple 5x5 both colors are wicked

first one that was so so definitely not feeling it .. maybe it was the video and way it came through but like seeing the lighter color options I'm not wanting a dark color this build so keep going with them.... would like to see something that would stay black but have some color in it I'm running tinted taillights on a vehicle and want them to blend in to a graphic I'm running clear on another and a light color will be running through the taillight area ya I'm weird like that 😂 anyway great videos
I would love to see a dark purple holographic micro flake over black base and purple base. If need be i can buy and have the flake sent to you. Just let me know

@@WHITLEYAUTOWORKS that works for me right now. I’ve only got a 4” stripe and tail gate letters, cross bed tool box and brush guard to do this with so even if I have to use a couple of packages I think I can get the same effect that I’m looking for. Thank you for the link
Little off topic. Flat black rustoleum primer. Can it be clear coated for uv protection? What clear could you use to keep the flat look or even flat mat? 2k preferable.
You can if you want to go that route or you can just paint it flat black and clear coat it spray Max makes some good satin and Matte 2k clears if you want to do it with a spray can or if you want to shoot it through a gun finish one makes some good Matte and satin 2k clear coats if you want to look into it thanks for watching
How long do you allow the Rustoleum to flash for before you spray the Clear?
My rule of thumb with clear coat application has always been touched the tape or an unsuspecting area that you painted and as long as it's tacky but you're not pulling paint off with your finger then you're good to apply the next coat that includes clear coat typically takes about 10 to 20 minutes with spray can and about 45 mins to an hr through the gun thanks for watching
