That horn, is like someone choking a goose. I was watching someone preview the Bachmann GP30 in Santa Fe and it had sound as well. But the horn sounds like a Nathan P3. Santa Fe used Leslie RS3L on their early diesels.
One reason I never got into DCC...too much more complicated stuff that makes maintenance more difficult.

There are pluses and minuses on both sides and it really depends on what your goals are in mrr. For me the biggest reasons for getting into DCC was the simplicity in wiring. No blocks or switches to route power. I’ve done both and this is best for what I want to do. But it can almost be another facet to the hobby. Thanks for watching
