Its amazing this dude wants people to be nice to him and give him a break. But yet he has no issues punching up and treating everyone around him like shit. He deserves all the hate he gets and then some.
I think Phil just enjoys talking down to/gaslighting people. It gives him a supreme sense of control.

Not to mention that the clip right after with the business card addresses is also great because you can debunk his claim with a few clicks. He actually did several times in the past show at least two different types of business cards and one 100% had his address, which he showed on stream and handed out to people + he doxxed himself in other ways as well. His response to that is a blatant lie and I am sure he knows it.

Man ever since the interview he's become way more unhinged doing the most random things that just make him look like a fool even more. Getting mad at random people for no reason. Dissing people for getting excited for a game that hasn't had a sequel for over a decade. Trying to find validation where none was by saying he inspired them, and talking shit about people again and again, even subtly.
I think the interview was a critical point that kinda broke Phil.
honestly, i'm kinda on phil's side about the tenkaichi 4 trailer but MY GOD... does he really have to be such an as about it?
i'm sure the game won't have like 80% of bt3's roster and at least half will be dlc with a dozen different gokus. also, no gameplay or anything about it to even be excited about aside the idea that a new tenkaichi is coming. i personally don't get the hype until something shows, but phil manages to insult so many by simply being excited about something it's unreal.
just how bitter you have to be to act that way but also cry that no one likes you?
@@zekeiwa5837 It's less about the gameplay and the fact that the fan base had essentially resigned to the game never getting a sequel ever again. The last one was released over a decade ago, and no word nor even a spiritual successor to speak of until that teaser trailer. Also the fanbase does love their 'power ups' and being faithful to the way the anime/manga did it. They were so resigned to it never coming back there is an ongoing mod out there called "Tenkaichi 4" which adds to the roster with community accepted OC characters and the new characters from the show.
So to say they were surprised to suddenly see the actual 4 coming was a bit of a shock. I understand it was just a teaser, and it showed no gameplay, but after a decade and thinking the series was done for good and making their own 4th game. I can see some justification for the hype.
But you are right, it's more so that Phil is just an asshole about it. it's one thing to say "Calm down a bit, it was just a teaser" it's another to say "You're all a bunch of stupid idiots for being excited at all"
I ask myself that all the time, how he can be so completely unself aware that he can't see why people dislike him. But I guess that's what happens when you trick even yourself into being a life long victim.

The thing that cracks
Me up the most is, when this dude gets into an “argument” with somebody, he always drops his “mic drop response” as if it’s the last word. Usually banning the person he’s talking to soon after.
The problem is, aside from the cowardice of course, his comeback remarks are absolute trash. He can be neither cutting nor witty, and nine times out of ten they’re more lukewarm than tepid tap water.
It’s 100% DSP for every aspect of him to be bland. But Especially his wit.

Phil is so insecure about other youtubers. Utterly hates it when people mention more successful youtubers than him, especially if they do similiar work to him. Cause it reminds him that he sucks at what he does. But remember he's fun, positive and definetly not holding alot of resentment in him. And then he wonders why nobody wants to collab with him(not that he'd accept) when even the slightest critique, or problem will make him 100% against you.

As a cook, hearing someone be so clueless as to, ya know, USE METAL ON METAL WHEN COOKING, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PAN HAS ANY TYPE OF COATING, makes me surprised that this man hasn't died from poisoning of any kind.
