I don't know but I actually use the chords D, G, Bm, and A to play the song without the capo, it doesn't sound exactly like this version, but sounds very well with the original song. I think that it could sound better with D5, G5, B5 and A5 but the chords are so hard for me (When you change from chord to chord I mean) just try it :P. Sorry if you can't understand me so well, I'm learning english.
He's using DAEAAE tuning for this set I'm pretty sure. It's actually a much easier to play and sounds better than standard in most situations for me. The only tricky part about it is making sure those two top As are in tune, or else the whole thing can sound off.
@rororoyourboatful actually melodyne does change your voice to make you sound different and thats why adam uses it because it goes with the music he makes. and autotune is pitch correctness so basically it does the singing for you.
Yes he uses auto-tune....Thats because his genre is electro-pop....You cant make someone sound like a robot. Also, Black Eyed Peas use auto-tune...No one complains....But when Owl City use it, and actually make it justifiable as music (amazing music).....Hater gonna hate. Owl City
