ingredients
Oil 1/3 cup
Condensed milk 1/3 cup
Powder sugar 1/3 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
8 inch pan
Grease the pan
Place baking paper
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 20-30 mins
