The habit that changed my life the most is Gratitude. Be Grateful and Thankful for Everything in your life that you DO Have..even if it is just your next breath! I have been There! Things get Better!
I am an unapologetic agnostic and humanist and , possibly surprising for some I do give a lot of gratitude for the gifts I receive in life , such as reasonable health, good family as well as a roof and a meal. It may be a revelation to many of a religious bent but there are many non-believers who adhere very well to a good moral code not unlike the Ten Commandments ; but who don’t need to look to some human-created religion for moral and spiritual guidance.

I know! I was born and raised in a religion and I did enjoy the bazaars and dances..and I did like Jesus Sermon on the Mount..I learned important things there..but the rest was just stories and control by the heirarchcy. I am sure you are just fine! I haven’t been to church in years.
I have to agree. Catholic since birth, but I did not begin to read the daily gospel readings until middle age. And it ABSOLUTELY has been a game changer.
These days, I “read” them with Mr. Kelly each morning on the Radical & Relevant series on YT. It has become 💯 p part of my morning prayer and meditation, and I am so grateful for you and it!!

Gratitude...take nothing for granted. Everything is a gift from God, even if doesn't seem so in the moment. It's the key to living a fulfilled and happy life.
Discovering that the bible teaches a fixed stationary earth with a solid firmament above it changes everything.
So very true...the one and most important habit in our lives......

honestly really felt like a lost soul so depresssed, life had no meaning! but one day I listen to a program on TV, about the Bible, the Scripture about Jesus And I got a strong feeling I should read my Bible.. and I started day by day reading more and more and I prayed that God should lead me to the right path.. and found the truth in Jesus Christ.. He Is the way, the truth and life.. now I've found peace in my life and I'm so thankful to Lord God and Jesus Our Lord And Savior.. Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice on the cross for me a sinner and all sinners.. Jesus paid the price for us all so we could be forgiven all our sins and have eternal life if we believe that Jesus Is Lord, Son Of God..,believe In his holy name! I thank God every day for what I have, no matter what problems I have.. I'm so grateful for God's mercy forgiveness, guidance, blessings.. that I can breath, I can wake up to another day, I have a home, food to eat, clothes, water to drink
Etc.. so much to be thankful for.. every single day.. so I say to dear you.. start to read the Bible and ask pray to God that he shall guide you to the right path.. God And Jesus loves you, Loves Everyone.. Just we must seek God.. everything will be better

Being mindful - this is my new focus. Mindfulness is key to God's graciousness.

Scripture is life-giving for me too! It helps me to keep changing and converting so that I can "put on the mind of Christ" more. The three classes that I would take if I studied Theology again would be, Scripture, Introduction to Christian Spirituality, and, Themes of Catholic Social Teaching.
