Hey I recently saw Haitian spaghetti on a CZcams channel and it looks absolutely delicious! I am Puerto Rican and wanted to know if I could use sofrito in place of epis I hope my question isn’t offensive I’m new to cooking Haitian cuisine but it looks amazing and I want to give it my best!

That’s basically a Spaghetti Al‘Arrabiata with sausage
@Mitswureg No. Well Italians put Chili instead of Cajun which is a difference. Epis is missing here what makes it really different towards simple Arrabiata.
