I own a home free and clear. 50x 200ft. So i can split the lot and build build build?

Splitting lots would be SB9 which was passed two years ago so check out that video here czcams.com/video/GKU28TTtQcY/video.htmlsi=edoZYJxtzsqyClKU. It will depend on your lot size but you can theoretically build up to 4 total units per property(including the main house) if the lot is big enough.

I have a JADU and building another detached ADU now for rental, I think there another bill for to allow 2 ADUs + 1JADU, right?
