- Let's try the swapped countries mod in Hearts of Iron 4. This video will swap Germany and France, leading to a completely different scenario for World War 2. The Axis have more protection in Western Europe, but they do not benefit from the strength that originally comes from Germany's geography. Let me know which countries you'd like to see swapped next?

It looks like giving France Germany's focus tree just means that whenever France does a focus, it triggers for the German Reich. If they switched the country, so that France, for example, were to annex Austria or declare war on Lithuania, I'd be more interested.
