Devdas is a beautiful but sad movie. The music, dances and the songs are all perfect and they add to the melancholic story. Sharoukh Khan is incredible as Devdas. His heart though is so broken by the end of the movie. He does get a glimpse of his beloved Paro if only for a second before his demise. All the forces were against their union. If they had just fought for their love maybe they could of been together. Paro realises that Devdas is not ready to commit to her and he is split between his family and Paro. His drinking and love for the prostitute Chandramukhi clouds his mind. He then realises he has lost Paro to an older man whom she marries. He knows that by continuing to drink it will kill him but he chooses death if he can't be with Paro.💔
Sadly you would not get even that happiness in the bboks as paro gets the news after hours of burning of devdas yes and no one touched body half burned body was washed by animals as feast.
