sounds great! I just got a Classic Vibe 50's Strat, and whammy isn't the easiest to use, seems very stiff and hard to control. Maybe because it is my first strat, and using a whammy, so just inexperience probably. I am wondering if you upgraded the trem on yours, or you have a better Squier than I got?

The song isn't too hard, I'm sure you'll be able to do it sooner than you think. To answer your question - yes, but the vibrato effect would be lost, though it still sounds correct and is easily recognizable :) Cheers
