Thanks for showing the rotisserie. That was my first question. If I owned this grill, I would remove the hinge and add a top handle.

Whaaat I thought the weber grate would be too big? So that one for the weber fits the Kettle? What size weber grate were you using? Is that the standard 54cm (21.3") diameter OK Joe's blackjack?
It fits. It is the standard 21.3" grate.

I'm in the market for a new kettle here soon. Im leaning towards the Weber master touch premium. But because of the hinge issues I'm not sure about it. This is catching my eyes. Thanks for the video Moe !
What is wrong with the hinge? I have a weber 22" original and fell in love with it, but I'm having so much fun grilling on the Blackjack.
@@MoesBlackGoldBBQ it's not built right or something cause it's keeping the lid from closing properly so a lot of smoke is escaping.
I see. I've only put one wood Chunk at a time during a cook and not much smoke leaked from around the kettle. But when there's a lot of smoke, it leaks. I won't place a gasket around the led. Just gonna let it seal on its own over time.
If im gonna do all that extra work reloading coals im gonna start off with the smoker but looks like weber up'd there game with there accessories

Why can't you notch it so it fits over the hinges?
How much is the height difference from the blackjack to the Webber? Which one seems higher?
Lid to the Blackjack is a tad taller than the weber lid. Its shaped differently than the weber lid. The Blackjack has more of an upward shape compared to the weber that has more of oval shape. The Blackjack looks bigger due to its shape. But they are both 22" kettles.
Did you added another table holder
Yes I did. My Bronco has 2 side shelves and I took one and added it to the Blackjack. Shelves are made to fit both grills.
Can you grind down the edges of the rotisserie ring so that it fits over the hinges?
Yeah that's possible. I thought about doing that.
