What a fabulous way to use these kind of silhouette stamps. I have some in my stash, Penny Black and others. I don't use them much because I don't know how to make them stamp so prettily! I appreciate your teaching, as I love the water color look.

Hi Jill!!! Great video on the edger dies! With your "enabling" from a previous video series, I have four edger dies in my stash, HELLO, THANKS, HAPPY and FRIEND. My taste leans more to clean and simple, and the edger dies can add just a little something extra to a card without being over the top. I get a bit confused, though, about where to add the additional words. Do I put them on a slant to match the angle of the die cut, or straight across the page? Whatever you do always look great, so I'll definitely have to visit to the web site to check out the samples! Thanks for sharing your talents. Time spent with you ALWAYS passes too quickly!

Wow, you are so talented!!! My question is, why do you call the stamp a "brush stroke" stamp? Does the company Penny Black label them as that kind of stamp? I'm new to this technique and want to learn it. Thank you. Also, LOL, do you have any other video's where you share this technique?
Thanks so much! Penny Black's brushstroke stamps are a solid, silhouette-type image as opposed to line-art/outline images. You apply your color directly to the stamp and then, once stamped, it gives the look of a handpainting. Hi Jill! I was going to ask you about the paper choice for this segment. Usually you use Canson watercolor paper & I wondered why you chose something else this time. I read your reply, so I got my answer! I’ll keep that in mind when I use the PB brushstroke stamps
