    Thanks, Colby-great vid. I’ve had my 5900 for about a year now, and generally run bivy mode with lid for day hunts/hikes-I like the convenience and quick acccess the lid provides along with the front zip panel. Last season I packed out a cow elk and two whitetails-love the load shelf and compression system!

    I would love to see a video on the Serac 1700 and how the buck system for that bag can be played with. The Serac is an amazing bag by the way hat off to the whole crew for that one, really.

    I go back and forth between the 5900 and 7900. Quick and easy change over between frames. Alaska sheep is less than 2 weeks away!

    Guide loops great idea I hate when you use other packs full the top slides all over unless you gorilla tighten it crushing everything

      Yes, we all hate sloppy lids! The loops for sure help when you're using all the available space.

    Recommendations for 2 to 3 day pack back pack hunt

      If it's an early season hunt or you have a very dialed in backpacking kit the Solo is a great 2-5 day pack. Our Sky 5900 is also one of our favorite all around packs from both day hunts up to 7 day excursions. Either would be a great backpack.
